" Ms Jenny, You were right. I am really very slow. " He said and put his phone back to sleep.

The following morning, Calcel got up earlier and dressed up.

Jenny was surprised to see him slopping downstairs at 7am.

" Calcel, Good morning.." Jenny greeted but you could still see her questioning look.

" Good morning." He replied with a soft smile.

" You are leaving so early today."

",Yeah. I have an important person to meet this morning. " He answered cheerfully which amused Jenny. It was very rare to see him in a good mood.

" This early morning ? " Jenny asked again not believing this.

" Yeah. I am leaving early so that I see him and later go for work in time. I don't want to be late.." He answered.

" Oh, I am sorry. Our breakfast is not ready yet. If you told me i would have told them to wake up early. "

" Its okay. I will take my leave. " He said and left.

Jenny was still amazed by this.

After dressing up to go for work, Alyssa had just opened the door when she saw Calcel who was just standing right there.

She couldn't believe this.

" Calcel.." She called.

He smiled at her and said. " Surprised. Right ? " he asked.

Alyssa smiled back at him. " Yeah, What brings you this early morning ? " She asked.

" You are such a bad girlfriend ! Won't you let your boyfriend inside ? " He asked.

Alyssa's smile widened when she heard this from him.

" Sure.." she let him inside the apartment.

She was very happy that he had really come to check on her. Calcel walked to her and then cupped her left cheek.

" So...How have you been ? " He asked.

" I was doing well. " She answered and covered his palm with her's on her cheek as her right hand found his and she held his hands together.

" I missed you.." she smiled.

" Why would I be here too ? I missed you too.." He answered.

Alyssa was happy when he said and when Calcel saw her beautiful smile he held her hands stronger.

' Marvis, I know I have never been a good boyfriend to Alyssa. Nor was I a good husband to May. But now that I am sure about my feelings for you, I am going to love you as much as I can. And this time round, I will not pretend anymore . I lost Alyssa but found everything from her in you. And I promise you that, I am here to stay..'

He said in his mind while he watched her beautiful smile.

" Well, I found you leaving. How about I drive you to your work place ? " He asked.

" Ah...No need. I always use my car. " She answered.

" Then , I will get someone to come and pick your car. How do you see that ? " He asked.

" Fine then.." Alyssa answered and he released her. They both left the apartment.

While driving to Hopkinsville, The two sat quietly in the car until Alyssa said.

" So...Calcel...do you really like me ? " She asked.

" Mmm.." He nodded and looked at her with a smile but he had to focus on driving.

" What did you like about me ? " Alyssa asked with a smile.

" Everything.." Calcel answered.

" Really ? Which everything exactly ? " She asked.

" I also don't know. I just found myself liking you. ",He answered and brought his left hand which was not holding the steering wheel to hold hers.

She grinned happily.

",And you, Why do you like me ? " He asked.

" ..I am..the truth is...first of all you are very handsome. I got attracted to you the first day i set my eyes on you. " She said cheerfully.

Calcel laughed gently. " Can't you say something different. I am so disappointed. You are just like other girls who lokee because I am handsome. " He joked.

" Of course that is not the main reason. ",She said putting her head on his shoulder.

" I love you because you have a very good heart. You are lovely and sweet. ",She looks up at him. " And i love the way you don't show that good pert of you to everyone. It makes me feel special.." She smiled and Calcel smiled back at her.

She leaned on his shoulder again and said.

" I really can't believe that I am with you here and you are my boyfriend. It feels like a dream. " Said Alyssa solemnly.

" Why ? " He asked.

" The truth, I never knew that you can be such a loving boyfriend. I fee like I have known for long yet it has been only two months. " She said.

' Don't worry Marvis. I am gonna make all your dreams come true. And I am going to change and become a good person for your sake. Whatever I failed to you for Alyssa and May, I will do them for you. I will teach myself how love you more and more. To love you more than you love. To love you more than anyone else ever loved me. And..to love you more than I ever loved anyone. "

He said these in his mind while hand caressed hers.

The two finally reached the Company and when he stopped the car he said.

" Bring me your phone ! "

" My phone ? " Alyssa asked.

" Don't ask much. Just give it to me.." He said and so she gave it to him.

Calcel dialed in his number and gave her back the phone.

" Call me if anything disturbs you. " He said..

",Okay..." Alyssa nodded with a grin and quickly saved in the number by his name.

" Then I will leave. Thank you for dropping me. " She said.

" Okay.." He smiled back and she opened the door to leave.

Today Alyssa was glad that she didn't find any reporters waiting for her outside so she walked gently.

After doing her makeup and videoshoot, Alyssa sat down to have a snack and when she thought of Calcel she blushed.

",Hmm, Marvis. You look to be in a good mood today.." Camilla noticed.

",Indeed, She has been smiling since morning.." The woman who was doing her makeup added.

" Life is short. Laugh sometimes. " She answered them.
