Chapter 137: Does he like me ?

Everyone else clapped after hearing Alyssa's speech.

" Okay silence everyone ! " The female judge said again.

" You are Marvis right ? " She asked.

" Yes Ma'am .." Alyssa answered with a low bow.

" I love your explanation. However, That is not makeup that someone can apply and walk with. So...can you do something else different from that ? " She asked.

" Ma'am, I only put this makeup to show you the intentions. But If you give me a chance, I will show you. The kind of makeup that I can do. " She answered.

" That is good. We are giving you 10 minutes. " Said the judge.

" Thanks Ma'am. " Alyssa said and then left.

" Next !! " The judge called as Alyssa walked off.

Alyssa sighed when she was in the changing room. She got wipes and begun removing the makeup when the other girls came.

" You are good. We didn't know that you would have such a good presentation. " The first one begun standing besides her as she also wiped off her makeup.

" Was it ? Thank you. " Alyssa smiled.

Alyssa came back to the stage after applying another makeup.

She looked at the judges when Calcel now saw her face. This face looked familiar

" Marvis , Is that you ? " Asked the man

" Yes Sir. " She replied with a low bow.

" Well...we asked you to show us your makeup abilities. " The female judge reminded

" Yes Ma'am. I've just added some foundation and lip gloss. " She answered.

" And what is that supposed to mean ? " She asked.

" To me, Makeup is just an add up to my natural beauty. I didn't need to change myself. " She simply answered.

Now the female judge got up amd left her seat. She walked gently to Alyssa who got nervous wondering what was going to happen.

When she was before Alyssa she smiled and reached for her hand as they turned to face the audience.

" Everyone....Allow me to declare our winner today. Ms Marvis Thompson. " She declared and immediately people clapped for her.

Alyssa grinned in ectasty. She couldn't belief that she just won the competition.

The judge looked at her with a smile and the other judge stepped forward to shake hands with her.

" Congs Ms Marvis. " He said as they shook hands.

" Thank you sir. " Alyssa replied maintaining her smile.

Of course Calcel also had to step forward and when he came and she saw him, Her smile faded as she stared at him walking to her. She saw him in slow motion as he stepped forward with a small smile on his face.

He brought out his hand to shake her's.

" Congs ...Ms Marvis. " He spoke with doubt in his voice.

" Thank you Sir. " She replied giving in her hand akd they shook with a smile.

After that Marvis posed for the photos. At this point all the other attendants begun departing as the function was already done.

After the photos, Alyssa was led to a dinning table with the judges and the head organiser of the Competiotions.

" Young lady...come here. Come and sit with us ! " The health old man who was is spectacles said with a grin.

" Thank you sir. " Alyssa said as she sat besides him.

" I forgot to introduce myself. I am Mr Hopkinsville and the Organiser of this competition. " He said giving Alyssa his hand for a handshake.

" It's pleasure meeting you sir. " She answered with delightment.

" Be free to order any food you want. " The female judge said to her with a smile.

After they had all made there orders they begun eating.

" So...Ms Marvis, We brought you here so that you choose the prize that you want. " Said Mr Hopkinsville.

" Ooh...Do you mean that there is more to offer apart from the money ? " She asked.

" Yes . Anything you want. " The Male judge added

Alyssa couldn't help grinning. " Really, If that is so then I will need time to think about it. " She said.

" Well...that's good then. We shall be ready to hear from you. " Mr Hopkinsville said.

" Thank you everyone. I guess I should take my leave now. " Alyssa said when she had finished talking to them.

" See you as soon as possible. " Said Mr Hopkinsville.

Alyssa bowed and then left.

" Excuse me ! " Calcel said to them as he got up as soon as Alyssa was away.

Calcel left the room and hurried to follow this girl and he walked after her and she was just at the elevator when Calcel stopped by his hand before it could lock.

It re opened when Alyssa looked up at him. She swallowed hard just because of his looks.

" Ms Marvis...Can we have a talk ? " He asked surprising her.

He had been quite all along during the competition and the meal they just had together. Why did he want to talk to her right now ?

' Sup with this handsome man ? Does he like me already ? Wait...does he want to vibe me ? '

She asked herself innery before she could answer him.

She then smiled after her stupid thoughts and said.

" Sure...we can talk. " She replied.

They went directly to the cafeteria and sat down.

" You said you are...? " He asked.

" Marvis Thompson. " She replied.

" Hmmm..." He sighed. " I would like to know about you. " He said.

' Why does he suddenly want to know about me ? ' She asked herself again and then spoke loud.

" Yes Sir. What do you want to know about me ? " She questioned with a crooked smile.

But he looked very serious and anxious. One could not tell if he was happy or not.

" I am..about your family. And the accident you talked about earlier. " He said only because he was curious why she had exactly like Alyssa's body and voice. The only difference here was the face.

" I only have my father and step mother. As I said earlier. And about the accident...I got it 10 months ago. From then l lost my memory...so here I am. "

" I see that. " He said.

" I am do you have any relative who was called Alyssa ? " He asked.
