Day 150- 200 Sishui County Part 24 Dong Du City Part 1

Rexford had spent the greater part of the morning answering emails and securing business deals from the previous events. With Lu Yanwue's help it was very easy. The woman was really good at the job. 

Since she now lead the Lu Family in the region while her cousin would take care of interest when heading back with the others in Jianbei she was on cloud nine. Which was funny as she received the impartation of the Lu Family's Cloud Hands to practice with.

Upgraded by Rexford with teachings from the Five Elements Sects, Taiji Exercises, Grand Way Furnance Scriptures, and the 12 Sky Art Paintings. The new technique called the Crane Cloud Hands was a top grade art and the key martial art for the family line under her. From what was discussed, her cousin Lu Lanxue's art was called the Ape Cloud Hands.

Both immersed the bloodline, appearance, and abilities of Divine Beasts along with a tie to an element. Enough tweaking that if the cultivators from space came around they couldn't claim it was derived from them. But a drawback is that the technique would complement their own somewhat. 

"Excuse me." Not knocking before entering, Lu Haixuan came into his former office. He looked at his sister in somewhat disdain before speaking. "A matter has come that I thought attention is needed."

"Next time knock, courtesy should not be forgotten brother." Speaking firmly, Lanxue was already affected by her diving into cultivation further. Her temperament was more... courageous and domineering in what she wanted. "You are not the head of the family anymore, get used to it."

"Of course dear sister." Lu Haixuan bowed to hide the ugly look on his face. "As for business, a friend of mine from Dong Du City needs some help. I was already going to take care of it with a few members but..."

As Lu Haixuan regaled the information, Rexford focused on what he remembered about the incident. A bit of an issue popped up as he didn't pay attention to the chapters that incident much. So it would be a bit of a surprise for him to get involved.

At some point some members of the Lu Family escorted Jiang Junior in. The young man had an aura about filled with debauchery and excess. Yet he gave Lu Yanxue a quick glance that he hoped was not offensive.

"Master Mingyun, Matriarch Lu," bowing respectfully he waited a little more than necessary before recovering. "my father is in trouble lately. He had asked for help from several experts like yourself but to no avail."

Lu Yanxue didn't want to get involved. She ordered all of the Lu members to leave out leaving Jiang Junior and Rexford in the room alone.

"A lot of people started putting their nose into this. Even the Buddhists were talking about inviting Feng Shui masters from South China to help. Please help my father and the countless millions of citizens in Dong Du City."

"TO help the populace.. that would look good but, I have to get something from it to." Thinking it over he was texting someone to assist with this. "What can your father offer to take care of this problem? What else are you looking for out of this?"

The room was quiet, almost quiet enough to hear the young man's heartbeat. The passive look Rexford gave off started to become unnerving.

The look of someone who had all the control and new what a person wanted without them saying it. This was just a formality for him.

"Grr!" Jiang Junior balled his fist as he did not like being in this position. He glared at Rexford while speaking his mind and desires. "I want to become like you! I want to be a cultivator!"

"Hmm, okay. But you see your past is pretty bad. Quite a few young women were .. done badly. As well as a few guys."

"I will make up for it!"

"How, how will you make up for it?" Rexford closed the holders he just signed and then pushed on them. Slipping them into his Internal Space. "You can't undrug someone, unmolested them, unrap.."

"I didn't rape anyone! I may have coerced a few.. pressured a few.. but.." Jiang Junior thought over all the drugged up and drunk women he messed with over the years. Shaking his head in denial, he of course thought he did nothing wrong. "They took the money.. all of them did.."

"Right." Rexford stood in front of him then place a hand over the mouth of the other. Pushing a fusion of a Vortex Spirit+Body Enhancing pill that contained a drop of the Aspect of Fear. "Survive this and we can work on your redemption."

The reshaping of his body was painful but took a back seat as every fear the that was in Jiang Junior came to the surface. He shook and rolled on the ground while gasping for breath. Silent screams come out every few moments but amount to nothing.

The swings of his body was brutal and actually cracked the wooden floors as he thrashed about. A few members of the Lu Family asked if everything was okay but Rexford dismissed them without even letting them into the room.

"The last few months... I have involved myself in several attacks in various cities. All to judge people nd solve my own misgivings about situations. I don't have anyone on the side of what you have done to use as an outlier, but you will do well." Rexford fixed his watch back on his wrist while fixing his coat. "There is a lot of.. not rape but very stressed sexual intentions you can help with."

"..." Jiang Junior felt the restitching of his ripped muscles while forcing himself to sit up. Through sheer will he kept himself awake and forced to listen to what was being said.

"Out of the 137 men-induced attacks on women, I was only able to convince 125 to take the life of the other. It almost makes me sick that even when they are being attacked they won't act. But when the situation was reversed, when it was women attacking men, it took only a slight nudge.. a slight change for the men to kill the women oppressing or blackmailing them."

"..." Jiang Junior's eyes went wide staring at Rexford's glowing gold eyes. 

"I need to have more test subjects on the matter before going further out in the country. So, you will help with that. You will help me weed out this particular type of people." He paused looking the young man over. "I believe you will serve so the Manual I will pass on to you will be that thrives off of Fear but also Purpose."

As the pain continued Rexford pushed his Divine Will to imprint the entirety of the Enhanced Taiji Excersis and the Six Sacred Ancestors Devil Art.

In another hour, right as the process was done, Jiang Junior stood up refreshed, and changed. His eyes contained a fiendish black glint to them and his very breath was somewhat hot without trying. He already worshipped Rexford as his master so it was time to move on.

Jiang Junior's driver kept the pace steady as his young master explained to those in the vehicle with them. Rexford was accompanied by Xue Hanzhi his former teacher, and Yu Nan (Suzaku) to assist.

Xue Hanzhi had the backing of an Ivy League school and a very good resume. Her behavior had to be tempered a little but she was a good educator. As he was poaching the woman to be a private tutor for the countless disciples of Ansatuken who needed more of an education it was best to expose her to a lot of stimuli. 

She already knew about cultivators but not enough to his liking. Yu Nan was coming to make things easier with her credentials and he needed to discuss her teaching some of his students about spy work.

"Master Mingyun, I am glad you will help take of this issue, it will definitely elevate me in my father's eyes. I just hope the land I purchase will be enough to start the Ansatsuken Branch in that part of the city."

"It will be, and as another direct disciple under me, it will be up to you to maintain a firm hold for us. I don't have the people now to coordinate over there so you will be working from scratch more or less. But the land you have acquired for me will work just fine." Rexford was just happy to get ahold of the refuse in the city and have a way to obtain the debris in the area. "The environmental push is so expansive and is easy to exploit to our benefit."

Playing with a Spatial Box, Xue Hanzhi was astounded by it. Her little attainment of QI allowed her to use it but that didn;t take away that it defied common sense the way it worked.

"If you really want to, I can speak with a few government groups to get ahold of abandoned land." Yu Nan stated more than asked. She was not sure about doing it on a wide scale but there were quite a few places that no one touched and the government could use the money. "I am sure I broker a good exchange for the Ansastuken."

"I will leave it in your hands then, what can you tell me about the hard-liners in the China Environmental Protection Foundation?"

"Mostly they can be dealt with just by the paperwork you have submitted so far. But a few are starting to push to see the process itself. The government can only do so much with your current political power." Yu Nan frowned as she pulled a folder out to give him. "Unless you increase your military rank or attain a stronger influence in business I don't think it will go away easily."

"I see." Reading through the names and the reports he took his time before responding back. "The Online College Courses can only go so far and the Acupuncture Certification carries only a little weight in this field. As far as my military rank... that will be a pass besides in the capacity I already have set up. Chitang has taken to the military well and will mostly likey be my liaison or representative in that field. Do not let his apparent age confuse you on his capabilities."

"I will make a note of that." Yu Nan nodded as Chitang was more than enough to be groomed for the special forces. Not to mention his age gave the higher-ups the idea they could influence him if done right. "I was also told to give you a warning."

"Oh?" Rexford gave her his full attention at that.

"The government is a little uneasy with how strong you are and how you are reaching into other countries. They want an insurance you are not going to betray the country... or flee it to seek asylum elsewhere."

"No, betray is not something on my mind as I am on the side I always have been on. I am truly trying to make sure the country survives what is coming. Even the strength I have is not enough. Soon they will see that when the Earth Shifts. They would be wise to try and make less enemies out in the world." Rexford thought about the conversation he had with Richard and Sini Dova a few days ago. 'Even with our strength that won't be enough for what is coming, and what is hidden on Earth already. I need to expand more and for that I will need more people. Clark is in America and besides Richard being able to visit and help him not much else can be done for the states just yet.'

South America was still a big blind spot with no real reason to get involved over there just yet.

Stepping out of the car, they all took in the atmosphere except the driver. As a regular person, the man didn't sense the change in the environment.

A draft of Warm Qi flowed straight to Rexford causing little discomfort to Xue Hanzi before Yu Nan relieved her troubles.

"Come!" Rexford gave a command out and caused the Black & Gold Master Hands to form in the air. The condense Qi Manfiestations pulled on the enviornment naturally. "This is a dreadful thing, not good for the city at all to leave remaining here!!"

The large hand molded the air causing visible heat streams to flow around. The surrounding people gathered to deal with the situation were gobsmacked at such a sight.

Dong Du City was one of China's centers for cultivating florals and was well known for its Peony Flowers. Tourists from around the world would flock to the city just to enjoy the view of thousands of the flowers in full bloom.

The more the hands moulded in the air, the more intense the heat became. The Peonys that were wilted became worse with a few even dying.
