Poverty and honesty were inseparable for him, and although he was a bit impulsive, Hode wouldn't dare to do anything illegal.
Therefore, those dishonest ways of life had nothing to do with him, who was poor.
For Hode, fifty thousand was not a small sum.
Just for listening to the kid boast, he could get fifty thousand—how could he pass up such a good deal?
