!!PLEASE READ!! (a reason for the unexplained hiatus) NOTICE: my dearest readers... I am contacting you guys from a quick acc I'd made real quick. You guys may have noticed that I have not updated for a few weeks. It is my utmost sorrow (seriously) to tell you that I've been locked out of my account. I signed out once and then to sign in again I needed an affirmation code, but I'd unsubscribed to the website, so I am unable to receive the affirmation code thus I cannot sign in and thus I cannot update my chapters ;- ;;;;;;;; IM SO SORRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. On a side note, do report that troll review. Idk which jerk I'd pissed off but well, I would like it to be gone. Just seeing it makes me feel sour.

Throwing a five star review in because some douchebag in the comment section decided to troll this novel. Wishing death upon someone isn't a very kind action. Especially in such an immature way. I'm still going to take the analysis seriously though. Here we go! Writing Quality: There's maybe one or two typos, but those can be ignored. The style is very elegant, and very condensed. You an English student or something? Seriously. Your writing quality is really, really good. Top notch stuff. Stability of Updates: I always rate this factor five stars no matter the update speed. Everybody got their lives and their responsibilities. Well, at least your chapters are long. Though I tend to procrastinate, I write on the side too, and that crap takes time if you want the good stuff. (Maybe I should post my novel? Nah. I got too any people I pissed off) Though I have to say your updates are just a *little* on the sporadic side. Story Development: A little on the slow side. Not fully sure what's going on, but s'all cool. Is that Prologue thing going to have other chapters? Because I saw a number beside it; was wondering. How long you planning for this novel to run? Because if its not going to be for very long, then I recommend you speed up the plot a little. Character Design: Not enough content for me to tell yet. But Caspian is an indifferent guy and Silas is a happy dude. Just don't commit OOC. I literally just went off on someone for that a short while ago. Stay consistent. Draw out a character diagram for reference if you need to. World Background: A little lacking. I would like a chapter describing the world and such. Though in a meaningful way, please. Not a huge info dump. I hate those with a passion. In conclusion, you keep doing you. Just keep in mind the other guy is a troll. This novel is good. If you could update faster, I'm sure you would gain more attention.

There are only seven chapters so far, which is much earlier than I usually write reviews for novels. The writing is of good quality and reminds me of my days doing online role-playing in a literary format. Unfortunately, a lot of the text is written in passive tense, which makes the chapters feel less intense than they could. Thus far, it doesn't look like the updates are all that stable. It might be helpful if the author would edit the synopsis section for the series and say that there isn't an update schedule, so readers don't expect updates three days a week but don't get any new chapters for a month. It is pretty early in the series, so things are only just starting out. The prince has an interesting personality, but no one else has been fleshed out all that much just yet. The world background is still a little unclear. It appears to be a medieval European setting, but there's also cultivation. A clear description of the setting early on might be helpful, so we readers can picture the setting in only one or two sentences. Overall, it's off to a good start. For the author, I would recommend to just continue writing for now and get into a flow with the story and worry about details like finessing his writing later on. After all, the most difficult thing about writing a story is just doing it in the first place and developing confidence and momentum. It'll be easier as it goes on, and more readers will be attracted to a series with more chapters.
