Training Kara!

~BANG!~

A shockwave erupted through the Celestial Star Realm, the echo of the explosion rippling across the endless expanse of shimmering constellations.

Kara barely had time to brace herself before a miniature star was hurled towards her, blazing with intense energy. She immediately stabilized her position mid air and twisted her body, evading the attack by a hair's breath.

Unfortunately, her reward for avoiding that initial attack was being met by a flurry of even smaller stars, each one brighter and faster than the last.

"Think fast, Kara!" Kayn's voice cut through the cosmic battlefield, his tone both commanding and challenging.

Kara gritted her teeth, dodging and weaving as Kayn's stars arced through the air with precision. One exploded just to her left, sending her spiraling off balance.

She steadied herself, feeling the surge of Kryptonian power Kayn intended to draw out of her, the latent energy of her potential pulsing within her like a roaring flame as it begun to activate.

"Stop hesitating!" Kayn's eyes glowed with cosmic energy, his form surrounded by a luminous aura. With a swift motion, he summoned another barrage, sending waves of pure energy cascading in her direction.

Kara's heart thundered in her chest, her eyes narrowing as she focused. Her instincts sharpened. Her sharp gaze turned red as she unleashed her ferocious heat vision towards Kayn's attack.

The collision of the destructive forces erupted into a brilliant explosion of stardust, sending shockwaves throughout the realm.

Kayn's smirk turned into an approving smile as Kara finally leaned into her power, her aura brightening with the ferocity of a star. With a fierce battle cry, she charged forward, her eyes blazing and fists clenched as she closed the distance between them.

Kayn met her halfway, their clash sparking another burst of cosmic light that illuminated the realm in radiant colors.

"Better," he remarked, dodging her punch with ease. "But I'm still waiting to see what you're truly capable of. Are you ready for round two?" Kayn asked, his tone neutral, but Kara caught the glint of challenge in his eyes.

"You bet I'm ready!" Kara said as she launched herself forward, nothing but confidence and determination lacing her voice.

Without another word, Kayn launched forward, his form blurring with speed. Kara barely had time to brace as his fist came at her, fast and precise.

She twisted her body just in time to avoid the strike, her senses sharper than before, her speed almost on par with his.

Yet even as she countered with a powerful jab, he effortlessly sidestepped, his eyes scanning her every movement, calculating her rhythm.

"You're faster," he commented, his voice calm but piercing as he dodged her strike, "but your combat senses are lacking."

Kayn said, and with a flick of his wrist, he sent a concentrated pulse of energy her way. Kara managed to block it, but the impact pushed her back greatly, sending her crashing through one of the stars.

She gritted her teeth as she stabilized, her jaw clenched with the effort of absorbing the blow. 'Focus', she reminded herself. She couldn't afford any hesitations, not in this fight.

Kara's pulse pounded as she steadied herself, the force of Kayn's blow still resonating through her.

Kayn watched her with an unwavering gaze, his form nearly ethereal as his cosmic aura pulsed like a heartbeat.

There was no rest between attacks; he lunged forward, his movements a blur of strength and precision, sending Kara hurtling backward with each impact she managed to block.

Kara clenched her fists, refusing to falter. With a deep breath, she surged forward, her body charged with renewed resolve.

She just barely ducked beneath his next ferocious swing, dodging with newfound agility, and managed to counter with a powerful uppercut. The impact landed, and for a fleeting second, she felt the thrill of success.

But Kayn barely budged; he grinned as if pleased by her progress, yet his stance remained unbroken, almost eager for the fight to continue down this path.

"Not enough," he murmured, but Kara could easily hear it with her enhances senses.

Then, Kayn spun with lightning speed, his fist coming down like a meteor. Kara crossed her arms in defense, the force of his blow sending shockwaves through her as she was flung backward, spiraling through space until she collided with a distant asteroid.

Kara felt her body resonate with the aftershock, her vision momentarily flickering. But she forced herself up, every muscle coiled in determination. She wouldn't stop. Not now.

She took in a slow, grounding breath, steadying her power. The latent energy hummed, simmering within her, desperate to be unleashed. Gathering it, she shot forward again, the light of her aura blazing like a comet as she aimed directly for him.

This time, she didn't hesitate; she let the power surge to her fists, her body fueled by the fierce, untamed energy.

Kayn met her advance head-on, his hands moving with precision to intercept her blows. "That's better," he commented, though his tone was laced with a challenge.

She responded with a fierce shout, delivering a rapid barrage of punches. Kayn was able to easily parry with expert precision, each hit rebounding off his defenses like she was striking a wall.

Finally, she took his advice, surrendering fully to the energy coursing through her, and with a powerful strike, she felt her strength surge past her limits. Her fist connected with Kayn's guard, and she pushed with everything she had.

For the first time, he slid backward, the impact forcing him off-balance.

"Now that's what I'm looking for," he said, a hint of approval flashing in his gaze. But before she could celebrate, he retaliated, his movements faster than before. He instantly pierced her defenses, striking her side with a concentrated burst of energy.

The shockwave hit her like a tidal wave, sending her hurtling backward again. Kara gritted her teeth, stabilizing mid-flight. Her breaths came in rapid gasps, but her spirit was undeterred. She couldn't give up now, not when she had a taste of her true potential.

Kayn watched her, his expression as calm as ever. "Good," he said, crossing his arms, his expression softening for a brief moment before he raised a challenging brow, "So, ready for round two?"

Kara smirked, her fists glowing with newfound control, "Absolutely. Let's go."

With a grin, Kayn's aura flared to life, and with another ~BANG!~, the next round of their sparring began, their forms darting across the starlit expanse in a dazzling dance of power and precision.
