Date a phantom (Date a live fanfic)

Yato was a man with a mysterious past, but he knew one thing for certain - his name.

One day, he woke up in a dark void, alone and aimlessly floating. He couldn't remember anything about himself, except for his gender, name, and a few vague memories of his homeland.

As he drifted through the emptiness, he suddenly became aware of something strange about his body.

He looked down to see that he had huge... balls? in his chest, he freak out and extended his hand to grab them to make sure they were real. and they were.

he didn't want to accept the truth, so he directly extended his hand to the bottom of his stomach to make sure his friend did survive.

but he didn't find anything, all he found was a smooth area without any obstacles. he didn't understand nor believe what happened to him.

he could feel his hair falling on the front of his chest. long and smooth black hair, any girl would kill for it. he keeps looking at his body to analyze what kind of body it is.

Beautiful white skin with a body that is neither skinny nor fat, he can tell that his chest was medium in size and his waist was the perfect size for any man to fall in love with.... including himself. In the end, he came to the conclusion that he's a woman, and a beautiful one.

he didn't have any idea about what his face looked like yet, but he knows for sure it was that of a... spirit?. He also noticed that he was dressing in what looked like an old Japanese warrior's clothing. (i am sorry but I'm bad at describing clothes, but here is a picture to get the idea)

"What the hell is going on?" Yato muttered to himself, feeling a wave of confusion wash over him. "How did I end up like this? And why am I in this... void?"

He couldn't understand how he had ended up in this strange place, or why he had been transformed into a woman. The more he thought about it, the more his head began to ache with frustration.

He felt a sharp pain in his head every time he tried to recall his past. It was as if his memories were deliberately being hidden from him, And the more he tried to remember, the more his head hurt.

Yato found himself alone with his thoughts, trying to piece together the events that had led to this bizarre situation. He spoke to himself in whispers, as if afraid to disturb the eerie silence of the void. He wondered if he was dreaming, or if this was some kind of punishment for his past deeds.

The fear and confusion he felt were palpable as if they were leaping off the page. Is this some kind of sick joke? Yato exclaimed, his voice echoing through the void.

"Why did I have to end up like this? Why can't I remember anything?"As he spoke, Yato felt a strange sensation deep within him. It was like a second heartbeat, pulsing with energy and power. he felt connected to the void around him as if it were a living thing. But at the same time, he felt incredibly alone and isolated.

"I don't understand any of this," Yato muttered to himself, trying to make sense of his situation.

"Am I dead? Is this some kind of afterlife? And why did I have to become a woman?"Despite his confusion and frustration, Yato tries to stay calm and focused.

he knew that panicking wouldn't help him figure out what was going on. Instead, he tried to focus on his surroundings.

The void was vast and empty, stretching out in all directions with no end in sight. It was like being lost in space, with nothing to anchor him or guide him.

"I can't panic," he told himself firmly. "I need to focus and stay calm. I'll figure this out."As he drifted through the void, Yato often talked to himself, trying to make sense of his new reality. He couldn't shake the feeling of being lost and alone, but he refused to give in to despair.

"I'm Yato," he reminded himself. "And I'm going to survive this. Whatever it takes."With each passing moment, Yato became more determined to unravel the mystery of his situation. He was a warrior at heart, and he refused to give up without a fight.

But then, something strange happened. Yato felt a sudden shift in the void, like a ripple in the fabric of reality. And before he knew it, he was being pulled towards a new world - a world where he would have to learn how to survive as a woman in a strange and dangerous place.

"I have no idea what's going on," Yato thought to himself, as he hurtled toward this unknown world.

"But I have to be strong. I have to figure out what's happening to me, and why I'm here. And maybe, just maybe, I'll find a way to turn back into a man."

(A/N): so here is my story, I hope you guys like it.

the reason why I wrote this story is because of the lack of that kind of content

where the oc(original character) faces new obstacles and experiences in his life

to change his view of the world around him and to get character development.

I mean I love a date alive but every time I tried to read fanfic about the show,

all I found is your typical male reader who somehow died and got reborn with op power to the point that

even the first spirit is a joke against him,

and without talking about how every girl in the show fell for him for no reason, specialty with how he acts. cold and depressed, and sometimes he is just an asshole

and there is more...but I think you got the idea

anyway I am gonna try and write an interesting story with some interesting plot

(I'm gonna give you guys an extra chapter soon talking about what kind of spirit the oc is)
