23.First night( part 1)

Everyone reached Suraj's house , when Naina welcomed her from car , Sunita took blessings from naina by touching legs ( indian customs ) and offering her godbharai which consists of dryfruits, gold coins and cash as instructed by her mother .

Everybody was adoring and admiring Sunita as a bride because she did every rituals accurately and correctly and was also looking out of this world.

Naina did their welcoming home ceremony as per indian rituals.

Naina asked Sheela to perform some rituals as the sister in law does in hindus like sirguthi , god bharai etc .

On the other hand Suraj, who was just sitting down, got tired and went to sleep in Samarth's room, leaving Sunita alone. Sunita and Sheela slept together that day.

Next day both couples went to a temple and there the performed all pujas rituals were told by aunt , Sunita was hungry and as well tired as she again got ready at 4 am without eating food. All rituals were done in the temple. After returning to the house they were forced to eat breakfast and then asked to perform some rituals again, like opening sacred thread using one hand of each other, searching ring wher Suraj spoiled the air of happiness and it became gloomier by getting and walking away from rituals in middle , Sunita got embarrassed in front of all family members and guests.

After this all Naina's sister in law was getting Sunita ready for pagphera which is again a ritual where the bride goes to her parents house with her husband and his friends but she was busy in her own world imagining her future to be dark because of Suraj's behaviour in the past two days.

Her brother abhishek and mukti her sil came to pick her up, Suraj was supposed go at night. She served them cold drinks and some snacks, she was sent a box of gifts to be given to Anju. While coming back the box was refilled with gifts for Suraj's family and their relatives double of what she got here. They were made to eat dinner then they waved them goodbye.

They all settled in both cars , they went farther before they reached their destination and stopped thecar , then all the cousins settled in one car and they made Suraj and Sunita go in another car. This was planned by Suraj to apologize her for his behaviour.

As Suraj was driving the car , he also tried to hold her hand but Sunita pulled her hand away before he could hold it or even understand what had happened. When Suraj snapped out of his shocked state, he tried to understand what has happened. He asked Sunita why she did that. How oblivious Suraj taken Sunita we can see here. He never regretted flhis rude behaviour ,what a big MCP he is.

Sunita :- "Yesterday what did you do when Sheela sister and her husband asked you to make me quiet down? What was your behaviour towards me that time? . Is that what a loving husband does? And you left me in between the strangers on my first day instead of being beside me comforting me?

Was your sleep so important that couldn't think about my feelings? And this morning during the ring ceremony you left me in between the rituals, insulting me instead of asking me to clear it in secret? So now hear why I did that in ceremony I gave you the ring the second time because I didn't like people teasing you. And if this was the case you would have given a thought there is third round? I decided that after you declared second round winner we will play third round fair.

You literally showed me my place in your life. You proved me right during the two days with your rude behaviour. What a loving welcome of a new bride by her husband and now I can't even backout . Be happy you won."

Suraj:- "I don't know why I am like this ok? I'm sorry, now don't be annoyed during our first night! I understand that I unintentionally hurted you , I couldn't sleep properly for a few days and I was not needed in those rituals so ,i went and slept , how's it my fault here?"

Sunita :-( was shocked seeing his reactions and was glaring at him ) "Okay, so what about you

spoiling my rituals today in the morning? And what about in the car yesterday? Okay leave all i answer your one thing you was not needed by your family but you was surely needed by your newly wedded wife who was scarred between so many unknown faces ,.you could have stayed and silently supported me .

Suraj :- CRYING AND WEEPING IS NOT MY THING ,I CAN'T HANDLE IT AND I INDEED GAVE YOU MY HANDKERCHIEF .

Sunita:- oh wow! What a great favours of your's on me

Thankyou but not thankyou.

After marriage and signing marriage certificate you contiuosly insulting and embarrassing me .

Now no firstnight for us ,

" You aren't going to touch me till i feel i dont know you , daily i m seeing your new faces , let me see all you new - new faces and different natures .? Then i will decide we will continue this marriage or not till then " No to physical intimacy or in straight words no consummation of marriage "

Suraj :- " Hey i said you right i didnt do Not intentionally, its was out of my habbit and nature, okay ,as you said we will do but you will behave like Q shy bride and blushing and all infront of family and guests . Right you will do that otherwise you will face my otherside ."

Writer pov :- hey how can he just order two days p myc a bride in such a rude way , its nothing as you move ahead you will see more ruthlessness of him .

Sunita was from middle orthodox family ,so she didnt have any other options but to silently abide him ,but she got to know she wont have a happy marriage in her life . Her sixth sense told her its her doom now ,which she caant escape till devil itself wants it.
