Chapter 10 Mirror Dimension

Led by Nick Fury we walked through the halls all the way into a basic looking room.

It would be a compliment to call it minimalistic design as it quite frankly had nothing much going on in terms of decor.

The walls were made of steel and there were just two three seater sofas facing eachother in the middle of the room.

Following Nick Fury inside I noticed a bald man sitting on one of the sofa.

"Wait! that's a women?!" I thought confused as I got close enough to look at her.

She seemed to have been wearing some kind of a monks robe with golden amulet on her neck and monk beads.

Her eyes sharp, as they strongly stared at me.

Nick Fury walked over and sat on the sofa opposite of her and I sat besides Nick Fury.

Looking at Nick Fury he seemed to have a rather helpless look in his eyes, yet his face looked determined.

Thinking about it I didn't even now who Nick Fury actually was in terms of the Avengers.

Perhaps a powerless Avenger like Hawkeye in charge of handling the backend part of the Avengers, I thought to myself as I concentrated upon this guest.

There was only silence at this moment.

No one spoke anything.

I didn't know what to speak, I had no clue who this women was in the first place.

She seemed to keep analyzing my body while Nick Fury just sat there in silence.

After about a minute of pure silence she stood up suddenly.

I felt the world around me shift slightly, the free access to the particles cut of after a certain distance.

As if she had isolated us from the entire world.

Looking at this women, I stood up immediately and jumped behind the sofa ready to launch multiple Lightning bolts I was quickly forming.

"You can relax, This is so that no one can hear what we talk about" She said her expression as unchanged as it had been since I came here.

I couldn't relax just because she told me to so I prepared multiple bolts of lightning just in case.

"Who are you and what did you do here" I asked standing up from crouching besides the sofa hoping to find out who this person with the ability to block of the rest of the world wanted.

"You are currently inside a mirror dimension and I am The Ancient One" She explained.

"Your name, is... The Ancient One?" I asked confused because this name sounded more like a title.

"Yes, I am here to ask you if you know what you have done outside?" She asked looking directly into my eyes making me slightly uncomfortable.

I began to doubt if I would be able to fight this women but I quickly dispelled it, I was confident I wouldn't be injured or trapped... Okay I am confident I wouldn't be injured.

"Kind of" I said vaguely as I still didnt know what kind of elements the lightning mixed with.

"Well, the consequences of your action is that you have created a dead zone" She said.

"Dead zone?" I questioned, even though the name was pretty self explanatory.

"A place where no life can continue to survive, The lightning will rain down on any living being eradicating it, and your the only one capable enough to control the rampaging lightning."

"Why don't you put it inside this mirror dimension then?" I asked sitting down on the sofa as I dispelled the lighting bolts in a controlled manner.

She also sat down on the sofa where she was previosuly sitting and continued.

"By some coincidence it had penetrated into a particle containing space energy and since space energy is more powerful compared to other elements such as fire, water, wood, metal etc it became the predominant element that mixed with the lightning, and these lightning bolts can rip apart the space of the mirorr dimension."

"If that wasn't the case I wouldn't even come here, even other even more powerfull methods are ineffective" She said looking at me.

"But I am not strong enough in my normal form" I said thinking about how I could only control these lightning bolts originally when I was in the lightning form yet now they had become even more powerful.

"Thats does seem to be an issue" She said her eyes finnaly looking away from me with a thoughtfull look in it.

I felt my body slightly relax when she looked away from me, unkinwingly I had been holding my breath speaking to her.

"Actually there is a way" I said.

If she could train me in Observation Haki, it would be possible to control the lightning, by the time I learn Observation my powers would have defenetly grown stronger.

I know in general how to learn observation haki but having someone like The Ancient One form a paln and teach me would be a much better idea.

It's unfortunate that people who have not eaten the fruit cannot use any haki but that's also fine by me.
