The writing is pretty good. The author can tell the story well and the character development is quite engrossing. And I think the author is building on something bigger. It's just, maybe the repetition of words in this story sometimes makes me a little bored. Then, the timeline at the beginning is better included in the auxiliary chapter, because there must be someone who skips information like history like that. If you want to keep it in the novel, it's better to take it gradually. For example, a character mentions an event in a year. that's just my thought, though.
