Chapter 25

"I want your blood! Give me your blood! I want it! I want it! I want it!" Riri whined like a child.

Leon was on the verge of killing the man but he was trying his best not to since Leonna needs him.

"Wh-who is that?" Leonna asked, she tried peeking through her blanket but Leon prevented her to. He tug the blanket over Leonna's head to cover her but enough to let her breathe.

"I'll give you some of my blood if you help me."

"Your grace! You cant--" Winston shouted in shock, he can't even fathom how could Leon give his blood that easily to someone.

Leon glared at Winston murderously, as if saying to say to stay out of his way.

Winston flinch in horror seeing Leon's mad expression.

"Really? You'll give me some of your blood?!" Riri asked excitedly.

"Yes."

"Yehey!!" Riri started skipping in joy at Leon's answer.

"Now, tell me what you know about my daughter's condition." Leon said.

In a blink of an eye Riri's happy face became serious which surprised Leon.

"I need to see her first." Riri said with a straight serious voice.

[This guy....I don't know if he's really crazy or just messing with me.] Leon thought.

"I need to see her condition first...now, take the blanket off of her." Riri said with his hands clamp together he was anxious yet excited to see what's under that blanket.

Leon took the blanket off of Leonna revealing her.

Riri stared at Leonna with admiration, "So this is the famous Duke's daughter! She looks exactly like you! She even has the red hair and red eyes! A true Viosta indeed!"

Leonna who saw Riri growled instinctively. Riri gasp in an exaggerated way as he put his hand to cover his mouth.

"Oh myyyy why are you growling? Youre making me sad." Riri said with as he tried reaching his hand to touch Leonna.

But before he could Leon who was carrying Leonna yanked Leonna out of harms way.

"How can I know what's wrong with her if I cant touch her?!" Riri shouted.

Leon's forehead twitch in annoyance. Leon looked at Leonna.

"I don't trust him." Leonna mumbled in silent, enough for Leon to hear.

"I don't either." Leon answered.

But what can he do? He's the only one that can give him answer about Leonna's condition.

But at the end he slowly let Riri touch Leonna's hand.

"Oh my." Riri's eyes widen as he felt ice cold sensation as soon as his skin made contact with Leonna's skin.

"My my, Viosta's blood sure is full of surprises." Riri said.

"Can you heal her or not?" Leon asked impatiently.

Riri looked at her and smirk "I wonder...."

Out of nowhere a grayish aura snatch Leonna by the feet out of Leon's hand.

"Uhh!!!" Leonna wince in pain, as she dangle from the sky with her feet.

"Leonna!!" Leon shouted.

"My lady!" Both Winston and Sebastian yelled worriedly, they took their sword and pointed it at Riri.

Leon immediately uses his black mist to strangle Riri by the neck.

"LET. MY. DAUGHTER. GO." Leon said in a menacing murderous tone, his eyes turned golden yellow, his jaw clenched and his muscles tense all due to anger.

He tighten the grip of his mist on Riri's neck.

"I-I th-though you n-need my h-help?" Riri was having trouble speaking while breathing at the same time.

Riri reached his hand to Leonna and he covered Leonna with his grayish power.

"I said release her!!" Leon shouted in anger as he tighten the grip of his mist on Riri's neck.

Riri just smirk on Leon, he didnt let Leonna go intead he covered her more with his powers.

Then suddenly Riri felt something while his powers are covering Leonna, something that perk his interest.

[Oh so that's why...] Riri thought.

Riri immediately let Leonna go when he got what he wanted.

"Leonna!" Leon yelled as he catch Leonna.

"What have you done to her?!" Leon shouted at Riri.

"Oohhh She is going to die~" Riri answered in a sing song voice.

"What?!"

"Her body can't handle her powers, that's why her body is breaking like a glass vase, if you don't do anything her body will break and she will.....die! HAHAHA!." Riri explained while laughing.

Leon grab his sword at his side and was about to launch and kill the crazy man standing in front of him when Riri spoke.

"Unless---" Riri said licking his lips with his tongue.

Leon halted in his track.

"Unless what?" Leon asked in anger.

"Unless you let me experiment on her! HAHAHAHAHA!" Riri said, laughing manically.

"I rather die than let you touch my daughter." Leon said in a deep threatening tone of voice.

"Then I guess I'll see your daughter on the other side then! Bwahahahah!" Riri said while smiling.

Leon was baring his teeth at Riri, his heart was pinding out of his chest. He's not in a healrhy state of mind anymore, he wanted blood.

He wanted to kill the bastard who was telling him that Leonna will die.

Riri stared at Leon and he saw intense emotional state induce in displeasure.

For some reason Riri was pleased and aroused seeing Leon's eyes. Truly a crazy bastard.

"Ahhhh such beautiful eyes, I want it. If she dies can I have her eyes???" Riri said in a crazy laughing tone.

"You!" Leon snap and was about to attack Riri when Sebastian got in the Center.

"Sebastian unless you want to die I suggest you move out of the way." Leon stated.

"Your grace, please let me talk to him."

"He has no intention of helping us," Leon said.

"I didnt say that! I want to help! Let Riri help!" Riri shouted.

"Do you know how to cure her weird temperature?" Sebastian asked Riri.

"No." Riri answered in a smile.

Everyone went silent.

[This piece of shit! Is he playing with me?!] Leon thought in anger.

"I told you he's crazy Grand Duke, you're just wasting your time." Maximus said who was just watching from the side.

"Then how can you help us Riri?" Sebastian asked.

"Riri can help you contain her body! Riri would perform black magic on her to help her contain her powers inside her! But in exchange Riri want to have Viosta blood!" Riri said.

[Why is he speaking in third person? His personality just keep on changing.] Maximus thought.

"Do you even know what kind of power she has?" Sebastian asked.

Riri pointed his index finger at his cheeks before tilting his head he then look at Sebastian and smile in a crazy manner.

"Crystal isn't it?"

Everyone's eyes widen in shock. He's right.

"How did you know?" Leon asked.

[I saw it earlier stupidsssss] Riri thought in his mind.

"Its not hard to figure it out, base on her temperature. Crystal is indeed a unique power to have its the first time I've ever heard of it. Its making me envious.....I want it." Riri stated licking his upper lips with his tongue.

His action sent shiver down everyone's spine. It irked them to their core.

"What do you mean base on her temperature?"

Riri looked at Sebastian. "Crystals are made out of lava that's been cooled down and mix with oxygen. You usually find it in a volcano, her body is preparing her for the powers she possessed. That's why she's burning on the inside and cold on the outside then as she breath air it mixes with the heat and ice which turns into a crystal.....Pretty cool isn't it?"

They were all dumbfounded at Riri's explanation.

"So you're telling me that what's happening to her in ineiatable ?" Leon asked with a glimpse of hope.

"Well not if you dont do something about that weak body of her! Hahahahha!"

Sebastian then looked at Leon. "Your grace, he is the only one who could save Lady Leonna right now. No one in the seven empire knows how to use black magic since its forbidden."

"You trust this crazy bastard to help Leonna?"

"No. But what can we do? There's no other choice." Sebastian stated.

A moment of silent covered the dungeon, Leon kept looking at Leonna.

"Let's try it dad." Leonna stated which surprised Leon. Leonna grabbed Leon's hands and squeeze it tightly.

Leon sigh in defeat he couldnt bare looking at Leonna in this condition, every passing second her skin is breaking even more.

"Fine." Leon said.

Leon looked at Riri, Riri smiled at him.

"If you dare to hurt her, I'll make sure you won't see the light of day ever again." Leon said threatening Riri.

But his threat didn't work on Riri instead he nodded exaggeratedly at Leon.

"What do you want to do Grand Duke?" Maximus asked.

"Open the cell." Leon said.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes."

Maximus called for the guards to open the cell.

When the cell open Riri immediately run towards Leon like a mad man, which surprises him.

Leon lifted Leonna over his head with his hands.

"Let me touch her! Let me! Let me! Let me!" Riri said while trying to reach for Leonna.

"Get off of me you crazy son of a b@$a!" Leon shouted.

Winston and Sebastian immediately grabbed Riri by the shoulders and pull him off of Leon.

"You insolent! You dare touch my master?!" Winston yelled pulling Riri off of Leon.

Riri pouted like a child.

"Dad?" Leonna asked in confusion still floating on the air.

Leon put Leonna down, still warry of Riri touching his daughter.

"Riri, could you please be more gentler on Lady Leonna?" Sebastian stated, he's approach was to treat Riri like a child, which seems to work.

Riri looked at him for a while before nodding his head.

"Lady Leonna, give me your hand." Sebastian said, Leonna reached for Sebastian's hand.

"Riri, gentle ok?" Sebastian reminded Riri, he grab Riri's hand and gentle put it on top of Leonna's.

Leonna looked at Riri with a very sour face, but Riri looked at her with the sweetest smile with threw Leonna off.

"Now Riri, what are you going to do?" Sebastian asked.

"Im going to use black magic on her! I would cover her with my black magic and help her contain her powers inside so that she wont go kaboom!!" Riri answered.

Leon's forehead twitch in irritation.

"What do you mean kaboom?!" Leon asked, Riri didnt answer.

"Here we go~" Riri said in a sing song voice.

Riri started chanting in language no one can understand. Then his hand started to glow in bright white color, he surrounded Leonna with it.

"How do you feel lady Leonna?" Sebastian asked.

"The same. Cold and burning." Leonna answered.

"Well that's because your body is still on the process of awakening brat. Take a deep breathe, I'll force your body to awaken faster." Riri said.

"Im not a brat!" Leonna yelled with little strength she had.

"Yes you are! Bleeeh!!!" Riri said sticking his tongue out like a child.

Leonna blushed in embarrassment.

"Lady Leonna, just do what this crazy bastard said ok?" Sebastian stated.

"Who you calling crazy?!" Riri retorted.

"Just do your healing." Sebastian said in a serious monotone voice to Riri.

"Tsk."

Riri's powers then went to bright white to grayshish white, it covered Leonna from head to toe.

"AHHHHH!!!!!" Leonna screamed in pain as she felt her body burn twice as hot and twice as cold than it was before.

"Leonna!" Leon shouted.

"She's fine! Don't touch her! She has to fully awaken!" Riri shouted, he was wincing in pain too he can feel Leonna's heat combined with intense coldness.

Leon halted in his track, he watched Leonna as she was screaming in pain

"Shit!" Riri shouted when he saw his hand that was holding Leonna beginning to be covered in crystal.

"Whats happening?!" Leon asked.

"She's too powerful!" Riri shouted.

"AHHHH!!!! IT HURTS!!!!" Leonna yelled.

[If this continue, her body wont be able to take it.] Riri thought.

From Leonna's feet crystal begin to come out covering the entire floor.

"The floor!" Maximus yelled, as he took a step back.

Not even a minute past and the entire cell was already covered in crystals. Some spikey some large and some are small and there's nothing inside the cell that isn't covered in crystals.

"Brat! You have to endure it! You have to finish your awakening." Riri said to Leonna.

Riri intensifies his magic trying to be on parr with Leonna.

[I have to help her contain her powers inside otherwise this brat will explode!] Riri thought.

Minutes later Leonna's power intensifies to the point of Riri couldn't handle it.

"AHHH!!!" Leonna yelled, both Riri and Leonna was in the same pain.

Riri uses both of his hand to help Leonna. Leonna's body then suddenly glowed.

"Almost done! Keep going you brat!" Riri yelled.

He could saw Leonna's skin going back to normal, the crack on her skin is disappearing.

"Dad!!! It hurts! It hurts!!" Leonna yelled crying to her dad.

Leon tried hugging Leonna but Riri quickly stopped him.

"Don't touch her! Its dangerous!" Riri shouted.

"A little more brat! Endure it for a little while longer!" Riri shouted.

Then little by little the bright light began to fade.

When it completely faded Leonna was catching her breathe as she slump her whole body to the floor.

"Leonna!" Leon yelled running towards her.

When he hugged her he was surprised, his eyes widen as he touch leonna's skin.

"Your temperature.....its back to normal." Leon stated.
