I am a 35 year old man, and I just want to put it out here before you start reading that not all adults act or are as smart as their age credits them for. For the first time I have based the MC strictly off choices that I, myself would make in his position. I am sorry if my maturity isn't up to snuff, but before becoming a writer, I worked for 15 years in construction. I just wanted to add this little point before you read so you don't have any misconceptions going into this book!}}}

Chapter 22: Blood Elves Village

As the SUV continued its journey, the scenery gradually changed. We left the coastal area and entered a dense forest. The lush greenery surrounded us, and the air felt crisp and refreshing. Shadar navigated through the winding path effortlessly, following Daelen's guidance.

After some time, the forest gave way to a clearing, and in the distance, we could see the Blood Elves' village. The village was not much to look at, and it was clear that these people were not used to building standard houses. All the buildings were haphazardly built, and some of them, even looking new, looked like they were about to collapse.

Thinking about it in hindsight, I probably should have come and met with these people before setting my plans in motion for them. Yet, time had been tight, and, just like now, I had more things to deal with than I could contend with. It was just another reminder that I needed to have more people I could trust to do the things I didn't have time for.
