A BIT LATER.
Dante dropped me off at home and I made my way in after greeting the guards.
Once inside I could immediately smell my mother's cooking, the greatest of delicacies. Following the scent, I reached the main dining room.
"Son, you're back?" my father was the first to notice me.
"Cassian, come quickly before the food gets cold! I made extra just in case you came back," my mother wasted no time.
"I'm only back for tonight though," I took a seat and began to have dinner as I chatted with my siblings and parents.
"Where is Cedric?" my father asked.
"Training at the dorms," I replied.
"Hehe, like father like son, we don't deserve such good brothers," my father chuckled.
"Indeed,"
We joked around for a while more until dinnertime passed before I left my father told me to see him in his office.
"Woah, it's much bigger than the other one, better furnished as well," I was surprised by the new office.
