A Diary from the past.

I used to hear a lot of stories from people about what World War II was like but since I wasn’t born physiologically then I can’t know the full reality. But there was a story left in my head that I heard a lot. Not all the details are there, and whoever could tell me this is no longer alive, but wants to remember to write down what I remember and leave out the remaining gaps in my heart but then the story wouldn’t make sense. So I have to fill the arc of the story out of my own little well head to make some sense of this story. This, I hope, may be enough of a memory for those who survived the war even if I could not return home and were not so boxed that they could see their families again. I thought a lot about where to start the story but I think I still have to start the pre-World War I parts. To make everything clear later.
