Pepsi had no idea what Si Yan was talking about and she looked adorable when baffled like this. Si Yan smiled. "Well… it's alright if you don't understand now. I'll put Little Bai on the line."

He then handed the phone to Si Bai, who had heard every word his father said just then.

The little boy thought he had some idea what his dad was saying.

From what he heard just then, liking someone and making promises to them should be a very solemn and sacred thing.

Did that mean that he shouldn't say those words so casually?

Si Bai was bewildered. He then chatted with Pepsi about random things, and when Pepsi began to yawn, Si Bai said, "Pepsi, go to bed. Good night."

"Nite nite," said Pepsi in her soft baby voice.

Looking at her, Si Bai whispered, "I'm moving soon."

It was okay if he didn't tell her those words. He could just stay by her side forever.

That way, he wouldn't have to worry about not carrying out his promises, would he?
