Chapter 28: Unstoppable Blow

In the year 685 of the city's founding, the Silvermane Guard in a restricted area witnessed a scene they would never forget.

High in the sky, nearly 3,000 feet above, a massive gear blocked the sunlight. Orion Astra held it, his body surrounded by black and red energy. Above Belobog, a gigantic "star" appeared, visible to everyone below.

The powerful force split the clouds and shook everyone's nerves.

A powerful force descended from the sky. The gear alone was wider than the streets below. If it landed, its immense weight would flatten everything and crush in its path.

As the giant object fell, it created a ripple in the sky, gathering light and heat beneath it, making the "star" even more terrifying.

The sound was overwhelming, yet the fall of the massive object was quieter than expected. But the energy it carried struck fear into everyone's hearts.

The creatures of the Antimatter Legion lurking in the shadows tried to fight back, but their attacks were as useless as pebbles against a falling mountain.

Crash!

The ground began to tremble as the heavy object hit the road. The Silvermane Guard could feel the strong earthquake under their feet.

Visible shockwaves cut through the air, knocking some soldiers off balance.

With a single blow, everything the soldiers saw was swallowed by the "falling star." Nothing else remained in front of them.

"Can a human really do this?" the soldiers muttered in disbelief.

When the strange force first appeared, Orion had retreated. The Silvermane Guard had thought he was a coward. But the next moment left them speechless.

Orion floated in the sky above the central square, arms lowered, supported by an unseen force. Then he commanded:

"Rise!"

He lifted his arms, and the four streets of the square flew apart as he pulled up the massive gear from the center. Carrying the giant gear, Orion rushed forward, and the scene unfolded as it had.

Orion quietly observed his handiwork. The road ahead had been flattened by the blow, creating cracks several meters deep and a massive crater hundreds of meters wide.

But in his mind, far beyond what the eye could see, he sensed a more powerful energy.

A stellaron.

Even though he couldn't see it, Orion knew that such power could only come from something that had corrupted the planet.

"One blow isn't enough, but I expected that," Orion thought, focused on his task. He wanted to see what he could do now.

Rising into the air again, Orion placed his right hand on the massive gear, closed his eyes, and concentrated. The black and red energy returned, and beside him stood the Star of Eden.

More and more gravity gathered around Orion. In the previous strike, he had used gravity to lift the massive object, combining its weight with a bit of "gravity acceleration" to attack.

It was similar to a "space-based weapon" from his past life, but he used gravity to speed up the process, bypassing the need to go into space.

Now, however, hundreds of black lightning bolts appeared around Orion, distorting the air, particles, and even light.

"With the power of the stigma and the Star of Eden," he thought.

Red light, representing destruction, flowed into the gear like magma, cracking even the solid texture.

Sweat poured from Orion's head but quickly evaporated from the heat radiating from his body.

Ignoring the intense pain in his head, Orion unleashed his full power. The torrent of gravity formed a nearly perfect vortex.

His mastery of the Star of Eden was nearly complete. He was one step away from the next level, which would give him the confidence to deal with the stellaron.

The strain of using a divine key was greater than he had imagined. In the mental space, the reflection of Orion's spirit began to crack, its surface dimming as if it might lose its light at any moment.

The powerful strike was ready, the gear saturated with energy. Orion only needed to give a slight push.

As he prepared, Orion named his attack:

"Gravity Crasher!"

With a light touch, the gravity fluctuations were unleashed, and the hundred-meter-tall giant rushed towards the distant rift at terrifying speed.

Like a ship the size of the Titanic sailing through the city, the streets and houses along the way vanished silently, unable to slow down the massive force.

The unstoppable blow continued forward, turning everything in its path to nothingness.

But just as Orion thought he could severely damage the rift, a larger fissure appeared, swallowing Orion's attack without a trace.

Before anyone knew it, a wide "street," thousands of feet long and nearly a hundred feet wide, appeared in the city center, as if a god had drawn a line, splitting the city in two.

Panting heavily, Orion's vision darkened, and he almost lost the strength to land.

As he slowly descended, collapsing onto the ground, the Silvermane Guard, stunned into silence, realized one thing:

They had won!

Amid the crowd's cheers, Orion's vision faded, and he lost consciousness.
