The two of them fell into an awkward situation again.

"Can we not bring it up?" Ye Xi really didn't want to talk about it anymore.

Ah Gui was serious, "We should face it."

"If you need anything, you can tell me. It was my fault for taking liberties with you, I should take responsibility." Ah Gui couldn't get past this in his mind.

"Take responsibility? What era is this? It's not like a kiss, or even if we slept together, necessarily means there's a need to take responsibility." Ye Xi truly didn't think it was a big deal.

It's not like she had lost a piece of herself, and besides, she had hit him with a stick, which was revenge enough.

So, she didn't need anything else.

"Not even if we slept together, there's no need to take responsibility?" Ah Gui repeated her words.

Ye Xi glared at him, "How many people would take responsibility after just one night?"
