When exactly was the hardest year of a persons life? It was a question that many had very different answers to.
Some would say that there worst years were growing old and not being able to do the stuff you used to. Others would claim that the year's after high school trying to start your life as a adult were the hardest and some would even say that childhood the worst.
For me although I had never experienced most of those things I could still say that the worst years of my life was when I started puberty. As a young boy I didn't really understand the changes my body was going through until they started to happen.
One second all was thinking about was normal kid stuff like comics and sports and out of nowhere my mind was instantly filled with the thoughts of the opposite gender.
It wasn't a relative change either that happed over time which I could get used to. It felt like it happened overnight and there was nothing I could do to stop it.
Despite the woes of puberty if I lived in a normal household then my problems wouldn't even be half as big as they were. I was the unfortunate member of a all female family.
My mother was the head of the household and provided for my three elder sister's and me. She was very young for a mother of three and still kept her youthful charm along with her beauty. As for my father he had passed away shortly after I was born so I didn't know to much about him other then the fact that my mother didn't seem to bothered by his death.
The main problem with living in a household of only women was that you saw things that you shouldn't see. It was something you couldn't control but for me it was much worse and that was because of my age.
Because I was so young my mother and sister's saw me as some type of little innocent baby and because of that they didn't care about what I saw since I was a baby in their eyes.
Even if I was related to them if you showed me something that I shouldn't see it was hard not to react and look. Puberty only made those feelings worse to the point that it felt like pure torture at times.
"Ughh it's so hot" I groaned out as I wiped my sweaty hair out of my face.
The sun was blazing down and was hot enough to the point that It felt like I was being cooked and roasted. It was one of those days those days that I wished I could have stayed inside if it wasn't for school.
'I should take a cold shower' i thought with a sigh as I felt the backpack that felt extra heavy on my tired back.
I could only curse that my mother had to work and couldn't pick me up from school. Of course I wasn't blaming her but that didn't mean that I couldn't complain in my head when no one was listening.
My footsteps hit the ground as I made a turn at a crosswalk and went into my neighborhood. It was a nice area with middle class houses that weren't to cheap and weren't to expensive at the same time.
We had lived in the same house since I was born in this same city which wasn't to bad. It's not like I wanted to move not to mention that the house was passed down from my grandmother on my mothers side.
'Cold Shower' I felt my mood improving just thinking about the shower I was planning to take as I walked down the driveway.
I fumbled with my pockets for a second and took out a key before i opened the door and went inside. I closed the door and kicked my shoes off while throwing my bag on the floor next to the door and I breathed in a sigh of relief as I felt the cold air of the house.
'Thank god they didn't forget to turn on the Ac' I wasn't worried over nothing since I vividly remember the day that one of my sister's had forgotten to turn it on leading to my mother and sister's walking around in their panties and bras with bodies dripping in sweat.
'Damn' I blushed as I remembered that day and I realized that I needed a cold shower even more then I did before.
