"Are you sure? You won't regret it? You said you wanted to be single… What changed?"

Hirvan felt a flush of embarrassment creeping up his neck, the tips of his ears turning red. Yes, it was he who had confidently sung the praises of staying single just a week ago, and now here he was, caught in the same situation he had sworn off.

"It's your fault," Hirvan snapped, trying to shift the blame to hide his own discomfort. 

"You kissed me like that and then disappeared for a week. Do you know how worried I was? I even thought you were avoiding me."
