Chapter 13: Is it really you?

I couldn't believe it they actually do care about me, now I didn't know if I should be happy that they cared about me or angry that they left me when I needed them the most. I just didn't understand one thing what did David tell them that made Fiona so afraid I was quiet for a while before I decided to forget about him. Trying to figure out what he was thinking was harder than doing anything else.

I have been standing there for some time now and they haven't even noticed me, so I think I should try and get their attention.

Cough cough.

Jessica and Fiona were still talking amongst themselves before I interrupted.

(Jessica: uhm.. yes what do youwant, wow!! Faith is that you?

Fiona: Faith I'm so glad you're ok.)

I was glad they were no longer worried about me but before I could say anything just you can't feel now around towards me and give me a big hug.

I was happy to have another person who cared about me in my life, because my whole life people just used me for my money and ended up betraying me it feels good to be cared for.....

It's okay girls you can stop hugging me now I'm fine nothing bad happened to me, I just decided to leave because I didn't like the place I'm sorry if I made you guys worried.

I didn't want to tell them that I was almost r*ped that night it would only increase their guilt.

After all the apologizing and crying and hugging,Jessica and Fiona promised to make it up to me. So I went back to my office to finish my work.

When it was finally time to go home I called a cab but as I was about enter the cab I felt someone was following me, I quickly turned around and saw one so I entered inside the cab and give the driver the address my brother sent me and we drove off.

I was a little exhausted from work and I really wanted to go home I was just going to spend the night at Andrew's apartment and the next day I would move in with David so I decided to treat my stay in Andrew's as a sleepover, it is going to be so much fun.

When I came down from the cab I quickly stepped inside, I was surprised as to how big it was it was like a mansion.

As I stepped inside the house all I could see was beauty, it was also pretty and fancy like it was meant for high class people. I looked and saw chandeliers dangling over my head. The walls were decorated with ancient and mysterious paintings and some were even engraved on the walls, I kept looking left and right because of how beautiful everything was that I didn't notice when Andrew came in and said "Do you like it."

Surprised, I turned to look at him before saying "Yes it's beautiful when did you build this place."

Well this just say it's a place I got went i didn't want to hear you and Dad fighting the whole time.

Hahaha very funny. I said looking at him and angrily.

Ok sorry forget about that, do you want to see your room.

I will surprise at first and wondered why he asked such a question, but knowing him, he must have planned a surprise so I said sure and followed him.

Me and Andrew walked a little further into the halls and then I saw some doors, we stepped into one I thought it was my room but the walls were painted blue so I got confused and decided to asked. Not that I hated the color, but he had specifically asked me if I wanted to see my room so I expected he had planned something special.

Is this my room? I asked looking confused.

No it's mine I decided to show you mine first, it's fine right.

Yeah, yeah, where's my room. I said rolling my eyes of course he had to show me some first.

Ok, ok, your room is next to mine so let's go.

As we opened the door to my room I held my breath in anticipation, I was so excited to see how my room looked like.

Oh my gosh my room looked like heaven it was so beautiful I couldn't believe it. Thank you Andrew I love it so much.

As I stared inside the room the first thing I laid my eyes on were the toys, lots and lots of them I saw a teddy bear, a doll and in the ceiling they wrote "Girls are powerful and they rule."

But Andrew this was my childhood dream bedroom. You made it look exactly the way I imagined.

Yeah, I know how you always wanted it when we were children's so I said if you couldn't have it then you could have it now.

Thanks a lot Andrew, I'm really happy.

You're welcome, just remember that you owe me, but for now go take a shower and come downstairs for dinner. And I still need you to tell me what happened that night because I think the person that did that to you deserves to be punished ten times what David did to him.

See you soon and don't waste time like you did in the morning that was stressful.

I nodded towards Andrew and went inside my room. After Andrew left I decided to take a shower and explore my room. After the shower I started looking at every corner in my room it's pretty much look like my old room just that it was much more brighter and the atmosphere was just filled with love and positivity.

After looking around some more times I decided to go down stairs for dinner and meet Andrew. As I was coming through the halls Andrew turned around to see me before I heard him saysay.

"Is that really you, why do you look so happy and excited, are you excited to finally have a boyfriend starting from tomorrow or do you still want to leave your life like a lone-wolf.

Stop talking rubbish and let's eat. I said why rolling my eyes at him.

After eating dinner Andrew asked me to tell him everything that happened that night so l did. I told him about Jessica and Fiona and about the girls night out, I also told him about Jack and how he tried to r*pe me and I didn't forget to tell him about the person who saved me, "★David★".

After telling him everything he began to ask me questions without even giving me a chance to answer them.

Why did Jack do that? How are you not in shock? What was David doing there? and what will Fiona and Jessica doing when all this was happening to you?.…...

I sighed as I inwardly said "this is going to be a long night....."
