Starting the Plan

The Kingdom of Althoria, long known for its corrupt government, was now in the height of jubilation. After months of turmoil, they finally had a glimmer of hope. Their hero, Sasaki Touya, had shown remarkable progress. With the successful reclamation of the northern coastal fortress, the fear of enemy threats gradually began to dissipate. Now, they felt more secure in entrusting the capital's economic fate to Earl Godwin, the man holding the reins of stability.

However, beneath that victory lay a much darker reality. Touya, a naive young hero, had become a pawn for the central government. This desperate administration, trapped by the increasingly chaotic political landscape, pinned all their hopes on Touya. They celebrated his newfound power after his Awakening, but behind their victorious faces, panic gnawed at them.
