"He's just a punk! Who betrayed his best friend despicably." Kyle was full of disdain.
Andy had an odd look on his face.
This tone of sound ... It seems like, there's a bit of a story!
Andy hastily poured a beer for Kyle, "Drink, have a drink. Come on, tell me, how was he despicably?"
Isabel also had an expression of listening good-naturedly.
Helen chimed in, "When I was at school, Black was a very famous person in our Gryffindor. He came from a pure-blooded family, the Black family, and his magic talent was outstanding."
"Snort..."
Kyle took a sip of his beer and snorted, "He can't even compare to Andy, so how is he outstanding?"
Andy ignored Kyle and asked in surprise, "He's a Gryffindor? Mum, did I hear right?"
"What's wrong with Gryffindor?" Helen glared at Andy in displeasure.
Right! Helen was a Gryffindor too.
Andy decided that he couldn't say anything bad about Gryffindors in the house from now on.
"No ... Gryffindor is fine."
Andy said in a rush, "I'm just wondering, shouldn't he, a wizard from the Black family, end up in Slytherin?"
"You're right, he really should have gone to Slytherin."
Helen said in a complicated tone, "Black's family are some of Voldemort's staunchest supporters, but he did get sorted into Gryffindor."
"Now it seems that he may have been an undercover mole."
"But he was so well disguised that he even got expelled from the Black family and stayed at his classmates' houses. Even Dumbledore was deceived by him."
Andy's mind immediately conjured up an image of Aizen.
Gentle, sunny, understanding ...
Yuck!
That's a stupid Gryffindor!
It should be 'reckless, stubborn, and foolish'!
Andy's mind immediately equated Sirius Black with a punk. When he thought about it that way, Kyle had described him quite aptly.
Helen continued, "Back then, Black and James Potter had the best relationship, the two of them were almost inseparable. Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew were also on good terms with them."
"After graduating from Hogwarts, they joined the team to fight the You-Know-Who."
"So the person Black betrayed was Harry's father." Andy came to a realisation.
So, the four of them were the Hogwarts Bullies who grouped together to bully Snape back then? Then Harry's mother ... played the role of conflict-creating beauty?
Sure enough, there is nothing new under the sun.
If we stand in Snape's point of view, the matter of bullying is obviously something that the Hogwarts bullies did wrong.
But if you look at the situation back then ...
Slytherin was the reserve of Death Eaters, and even some of them had parents who were Death Eaters - or worse, their parents killed other people's parents.
In this case, targeting Slytherins is a political correctness in itself.
Especially, since Snape was a half-blood!
Snape a half-blood wizard was sorted into Slytherin, and that was solely because of one reason - he yearned to be a Slytherin, yearning for power and ambition.
And in that situation at the time, Snape's choice was a clear indication that he wanted to follow Voldemort.
Seriously, it wouldn't be surprising to see Snape beaten senselessly!
If it was said that in the eyes of the pureblood families, the Weasleys were pureblood traitors. Then in that situation back then, Snape was a half-blood traitor - because Voldemort represented the interests of the purebloods.
"Yes! He betrayed James Potter."
Helen said, "You should know about that prophecy about the Saviour. The You-Know-Who decided that James Potter's son was the prophesied one."
"To hide from the You-Know-Who, James Potter used the Fidelius Charm to protect himself and his family, and Sirius Black was their Secret Keeper!"
The Fidelius Charm is a spell that turns something into the concept of a 'Secret' that is hidden in the soul of a living person.
Since the secret is hidden, no one knows the secret except the person who keeps the secret. Even those who originally knew the secret would ignore it in their brains because of the magic.
This is an extremely clever and complex magic.
There was only one way to break this magic, and that was for the Secret Keeper to actively leak the secret.
"As an undercover informer, is this the only thing Black has done?" Andy queried.
"Of course not!"
Helen said indignantly, "After James Potter's family was killed, his friend Peter Pettigrew went after Black alone, only to be blown to pieces by Black's spell!"
Kyle continued, "What you don't know is that Dumbledore had suspected that there were undercover informants amongst their people long before Black was exposed."
"It is said that a lot of information was leaked out by the undercover informant."
"But I have to say that Black's disguise was really impressive. Because as far as I know, Dumbledore suspected someone else as the undercover candidate at that time."
Andy nodded with a serious expression, "Impressive indeed!"
Fooling Dumbledore, this was indeed not something that an ordinary person could do. Especially, this Black had also mingled his way into being the Secret Keeper of James Potter.
It was simply appalling that an undercover agent had reached such an achievement.
Andy thought in his mind, 'If he has a wand in his hand, it will be much harder to deal with him.'
A ferocious, cunning Death Eater!
At his peak, Sirius was definitely not weaker than Snape. But he had been locked up in Azkaban for twelve whole years, so I guess his strength had declined a lot.
Perhaps he also had mental problems!
Even if he got hold of a wand ...
Andy silently calculated in his heart and finally concluded ... that he could deal with him!
"How did he escape?" Andy suddenly asked.
"Don't know!"
Kyle spread his hands and said, "Even Aurors didn't find any clues, it's said that when the Dementors brought him food this morning, he had already disappeared."
"Oh yeah!"
Kyle said with some excitement, "I heard that the last person to see Black was Fudge!"
Andy didn't care about the gossip, but was stunned by another piece of news, "Dementors can even feed people?"
"Why not?"
Kyle froze for a moment, taken aback, "Don't you know? Dementors can communicate. Otherwise, the Ministry of Magic wouldn't have allowed Dementors to guard Azkaban."
"You-Know-Who even solicited Dementors back then!"
Andy: "..."
There was very little about Dementors in the book, after all, Dementors were artificially created magical creatures that were rare in the magic world, and only in Azkaban, you could see hordes of Dementors.
Naturally, no one would study them - after all, they couldn't be found.
"Dementors feed on happy emotions, right?" Andy asked with an excited look on his face.
