THE TRUTH

Well, Shisui was the best and fastest Uchiha in the clan. If he were still alive, nobody could compete with him, not even Itachi or Sasuke. He was incredibly strong. Could he commit suicide after losing one eye? Never.

THE STORY BEGINS

During one of Shisui's missions, he lost a friend, which led to him awakening his Mangekyou Sharingan (MS).

Now, Danzo knew about Shisui's MS ability.

At that time, Itachi worked for both the Uchiha and Konoha, spying for both sides. When the Uchiha were against Konoha, led by Fugaku, Shisui and Itachi wanted to prevent a conflict. So, they devised a plan.

They used Shisui's Kotoamatsukami on Itachi's father, Fugaku, to control him. Fugaku would explain everything to the Uchiha and prevent them from going against Konoha. This way, they could save both villages.

But why only Fugaku? Because he was a skilled Uchiha who also had MS, and only a high level of genjutsu would work on Itachi's father.

Shisui also knew that one day Danzo would come to take his eye. So, if Shisui used his eye on Fugaku, then Shisui's MS would be closed for 10 years. If Shisui's eye was inactive for 10 years, then Danzo wouldn't be able to take any of Shisui's eyes, solving everything.

This was the entire plan of Itachi and Shisui.

How did Danzo find out about Shisui?

Danzo hired Yoji in his Root army.

WHO IS YOJI ABURAME?

Yoji Aburame is a shinobi from the Aburame clan, known as the Insect Clan. He was very talented and smart in his clan, yet even his father was jealous of him. When Yoji was five years old, he accidentally poured juice on his father. In anger, his father cut Yoji's neck, leaving him unable to speak. Despite being unable to speak, Yoji was a genius.

Danzo took advantage of this and recruited him into his Root army. He also taught Yoji how to pronounce words with his insects.

After that, Danzo made Yoji a spy to look after Itachi's whole life.

Yoji's life goal was to spy on Itachi Uchiha. Even when Itachi joined ANBU, Yoji changed his name to Sugaru and joined ANBU as Itachi's teammate.

HOW DID DANZO FIND OUT ABOUT SHISUI'S MS?

Since Yoji was spying on Itachi, he learned about Shisui's MS because Itachi used to meet Shisui. That's how Yoji learned about Itachi and Shisui's plans against the Uchiha.

BUT HOW DID DANZO EASILY TAKE SHISUI'S EYE?

From the very first meeting between Danzo and Shisui until Danzo took Shisui's eye, Yoji, aka Sugaru, put poison inside Shisui's body with the help of his insects. Because of this, Danzo easily took Shisui's eye.

And that poison couldn't be treated. So, in the end, Shisui was going to die anyway. Shisui knew about this. That's why he gave his MS to Itachi and also committed suicide in front of Itachi, so that Shisui could also activate Itachi's MS.

There was no way that Shisui could lose to Danzo. But in the end, Shisui knew he was going to die. That's why he jumped into the river and also wrote a note for everyone.

Mito returned home, just like in the normal story. But before the Uchiha massacre, she had something to do. She left two clones in Danzo's place to spy on him.

One clone was spying on Danzo, and the other was understanding the layout of Danzo's place.

"Damn, this place is huge though," Mito's first clone muttered. "This old guy is not only clever but also lustful for power."

Mito's second clone thought, "Fuck, this pimp Danzo is living here. This place is far better than any of our houses in Konoha. And with a lot of experimental items, I'm pretty sure he will use them in the future. Though I can't destroy them now, I have to be quiet."

The first clone almost died laughing, thinking about Danzo putting Shisui's eye in his own eye socket without noticing it. Meanwhile, the second clone also popped, and Mito got her map of Danzo's place.

She also tried to make a gas poison, but she failed. Of course, she is not a medical ninja, but she needs to have a strong poison for her future plan.

Mito started learning from different books on medical ninja, especially different poisons and gases. She always took help from her clones to do all the tasks quickly.

"Ah, I wish I could also learn Rasengan, but that's not possible. I just want to learn as many jutsu as I can as soon as possible," Mito muttered.

Mito was just looking at the moon, thinking about how beautiful it was.

"It's going to be a long journey, a very long journey, a lot more to come," Mito said to herself.

"I too have to learn Flying Thunder God jutsu. Though it took several years for Minato to learn, thanks to you, system, you are making it easy for me," Mito thanked the system.

"It's alright, host. The Uchiha massacre is on the way, so is your birthday. What do you want for your birthday?" the system asked Mito.

Mito, with a lustful face, asked, "Can I have Flying Thunder God jutsu activation?"

The system cheerfully said, "No, hahaha."

"Fuck you, system. I've never seen a system like you. Other fanfics have such a nice system. Why can't you work like that?" Mito complained.

"Like host, like system," the system smirked.
