"Oh, powerhouse is an understatement, Apparently, according to my father, the Maja Kingdom nearly went bankrupt after that fight."

Alex's grin faltered slightly. Bankrupt? That hadn't exactly been his intention. "Really? I mean, yeah, Eve's power is a bit… demanding, but bankrupt?"

Brittany nodded, her eyes twinkling. "Yep. Apparently, she overloaded their entire electrical grid. They had to ration power for weeks, and the repairs cost a fortune."

Alex winced internally. He hadn't considered the collateral damage of Eve's electrifying battle. "Wow, That's… not good. I kind of feel bad now."

"Don't worry about it too much, they managed. Apparently, they're developing some new backup generators now, just in case another electric warrior decides to throw a rave in the coliseum."

Alex couldn't help but laugh at her lighthearted way of describing the situation. "A rave, huh? That's one way to put it."
