The Great Bookery Of The Crescent Pack

Lyra's POV:

Wow! I had heard of the Great Bookery before but had never had the chance to see it. I could just come here without observing the building closely. I stepped outside and that was when I noticed its architecture.

It was more grand than the palace itself. There was a fountain in the front. With four statues of lions. They were placed in strategic places and I guessed that each of them was placed in front of different sections of the Bookery.

The walls of the palace were built with bricks that I had never seen in my life. I did not know about architecture but I could tell that whatever those bricks were made of was very expensive and rare.

"Finished observing? Alexander asked. "We have work to do inside. You can come and observe this place as soon as we are done. But for now, our primary focus is inside, not here."
