Penelope's statement

Sub-Admiral Penelope was standing in front of the court, she had been called to testify as a witness, however after the surprise given by Hilio the defense attorneys were already preparing a strategy.

The beginning of the statement was simple, the Sub-Admiral limited herself to unblocking the relevant classified files and the court and the rest of the participants took a short break to review the information. However, one of the defense attorneys, a guy named Palex Inuiria, asked to be able to question the witness and the court gave him permission to do so.
