"I need to have a word with you," Hazel said and pulled on Bel's arm as they walked back into the castle.
Bel didn't fight her sister's tug and she would be lying if she said she didn't know what this was about. She had seen the way Hazel had looked at her when she had ignored their father during breakfast.
She didn't think Hazel knew what was wrong and by the looks of things her mother didn't tell her. This was a bit of a shock as Queen Alana didn't keep that many secrets from Hazel.
"Can we do this another time?" Bel asked even as she let Hazel pull her away.
"No, besides, we don't have much time," her sister mumbled, her tone heavy and Bel sighed in resignation.
"I suppose. Do you know I am leaving today?" She asked.
"Yes, mother told me."
"Ah, I see," Bel replied and didn't say anything else. There was nothing to say to this. She couldn't even be angry with Hazel. Her sister had a lot of things on her plate.
