Progenitor's Quest 1

Two Weeks Later

After Stefan made his second Proposal, Katherine and Klaus were surprised.

Katherine because she did not believe Stefan would do something like that for her while Klaus surprised that Stefan would know where to find him a Doppelganger.

After getting the details about the whereabouts of the Doppelganger, Klaus refused and wanted to keep Katherine close to him until he sees the Doppelganger for himself.

Stefan and Klaus bickered back and forth until Stefan relented and let him have Katherine for the time being.

And from then on, Klaus befriended Stefan because of his resourcefulness and the way he handles things not even giving Rebekah the luxury of having a time with her lover..

Elijah woke up and wanted to rip Stefan's heart out but of course, Klaus came to the rescue and made peace between his brother from the same mother and the brother from another mother.

Katherine on the other hand was celebrating her partial freedom in the club as she partied every day like crazy even though she did not like her situation but no matter how hard she tries to run away, that robot, Al Capone always catches her and she had to give up after Stefan told her to not do anything stupid.

Present Day

On this bright morning, Stefan woke up from his bed to find his arms wrapped around two women, one a blonde and the other a brunette.

"Okay, things are about to get really messy" said Stefan as he remembered he had a lot of drinks last night that got him really drunk and he blacked out but thanks to this being his first time getting drunk especially this heavily, he got a high alcohol tolerance ability but he didn't even care about it.

He quickly got out of the bed and immediately cleaned himself and left the room before the two girls wake up and tear each other into pieces.

"How was your night? Didn't want to wake you up so early, you were on fire last night"

Stefan came out of the room only to see Gloria giving him a slutry grin.

"You've got to be kidding me" said Stefan as everything the happened last night after he blacked out all came rushing back at him, now he was glad that he had the High Alcohol Tolerance ability so that he could avert situations like this next time.

"Oh yes, we had a wonderful foursome last night and it was incredible though I cannot say the same for the others" Gloria said laughing as she went about arranging her club for the night.

"I have to get the hell out of here first before either of them wakes up" said Stefan as he made his way out of the club only to hear a whoosh sound and the Blondie appeared in front of him and flashed him a 'you are dead' smile.

"Going somewhere?"

Later In The Day

"Uggh, tell me never to drink again next time" said Stefan to Klaus and Elijah as he still massage his neck after being broken several times today by a certain Blonde.

Klaus laughed as he saw his friend In misery "I told you, you don't want to get on the bad side of Rebekah, you are lucky she fancies you, if not, your neck would be the least of your worries" said Klaus while taking a sip of his drink.

"Shush"

Elijah shush them as he heard something breaking the door to the club.

"He is here, Mikael is here" said Stefan as he got ready for the fight of his life.

Klaus frowned as he stood up "tell your little servant to keep his eyes on Katerina least she escapes amidst the chaos" said Klaus as he looked at Katerina who raised her hands in surrender "in fact, Vervain her, I don't trust that he can keep her in check"

Gloria cleared out everyone in the club giving the Originals and Stefan the room to their selves.

Al Capone vervained Katherine like Klaus suggested and took her to a safe room and his their with her.

"Remember, I will deal the finishing blow no matter what happens" said Stefan to the Originals.

"You have him to yourself" Rebekah answered but Stefan was not a fool to just take her hands, he knows she meant it but the same cannot be said for her brothers especially the noble Elijah who have always found a way around his words millions of time for his family and Klaus would not take any chances as long as he can rid Mikael for good.

None of them answered but Stefan has a backup plan should in case they tried to go back on their words.

"What a surprise? It seems as if you have all been expecting me" said a tall and middle-aged man with short dark blond hair, blue eyes and muscular build, he is Mikael, the father of the Originals "what are you waiting for, shoot them all"

He said to his companions as they rained bullets after bullets at the Originals and Stefan.

Good thing, Stefan anticipated something like this, so they had already had a way to protect themselves from being shot at.

Stefan had Gloria made a spell that would prevent a guns from being lethal to them.

"Is that the best you can do? What happened to your pride, or have you grown weak that you let others do your dirty work for you?" Said Klaus after the bullets failed to harm them.

Mikael frowned and told the men to seize fire, he brought out a wooden stake from his jackets and walked to them "I only want Niklaus, the rest of you should stay out of it" he said.

"Well, I can't do that, I want you die and now is the only time to do so" said Stefan as he stood beside Klaus.

Elijah and Rebekah also stood by Klaus against their father.

"Then so be it, you all have picked your side, I'll just have to kill you all if it means Niklaus will die tonight" said Mikael as he bared his fangs and rushed at them.

He first went for Rebekah but Stefan appeared in front of him and punched him.

Mikael was sent flying back but he quickly got up and attacked again.

One Original against three Originals and an anomaly among Vampires, anyone in their right minds would know how things would turn out.

After a few hours, Mikael was finally on his knees as Elijah and Rebekah held him down.

The white oak stake was close to where Klaus was, he looked at Stefan and looked back at his father, "sorry mate" Klaus said as he did not want to waste anymore time as he fears Mikael could free himself anytime, he took the stake and walked towards Mikael.

"I don't think so" said Stefan as he signaled Gloria who was hiding around the corner to do her thing.

Immediately they made eye contact, Gloria fried Klaus's brain making him drop the stake, Elijah left Mikael and ran to help Klaus.

Mikael wanted to use that opportunity to escape but Stefan could not just let his prey go just like that, so he control Mikael's blood rendering him unable to move, he walked to Klaus and took the stake that fell to the ground "I should be the one to say sorry" said Stefan.

He walked towards Mikael and staked him in his heart before releasing him.

Mikael fell to the ground and dessicated before he started burning.

Stefan stood there and smiled at his victory before he heard a ding sound in his head making him smile even widely.
