"Alexi said they had the information we need," I told Lex as he sat in my office. 

For once we were finally alone.

I knew that I could always trust my team, but there was something special about sitting here with my cousin and simply talking to him. 

"He isn't going to wait," Lex said as he drank his coffee. "He'll want to come here and discuss it."

"That's what he said." I nodded in confirmation.

"Plus he's a clingy asshole," Lex chuckled. "I bet he's been waiting for an excuse to see you all day."

I rolled my eyes at my cousin. He was the third highest ranked employee in the company and he still liked to tease and mess around with people as if he were a teenager.

"We've also managed to gather all of the relevant information," I said, changing the topic. "It's about time he came over so we can look through the information and plan our next moves."
