I'd like to take this opportunity to talk to you about the journey of writing this book.

About a year ago, I stopped serializing novels on another website where I was chasing trends at a high pace and gamble-like style, and decided to seriously dedicate myself to writing a complete book.

However, when I was about to start writing, I found that my writing skills had seriously deteriorated due to my long-term pursuit of hot topics, indiscriminate cutting, and always writing brainless face-slaps. I was having a hard time organizing long stories.

Therefore, I started writing a purely daily life novel on a foreign site to practice and regain my writing skills.

I wrote that book for almost a full year, from February last year to December, totaling about 1.5 million words. The income it brought me might not even reach four-digits.

But I was still very satisfied, because in that book, I practiced a large amount of daily writing, foreshadowing and foreshadowing recycling, long-line story organization and character creation, which brought my writing skills back to a normal level.

After finishing the outline I had at the time, I started preparing for the next story. The reason why I thought about American comics is related to my childhood experience of reading comics.

When I was in elementary school, there was a small shop opposite the school gate that sold various comic books, educational supplementary materials, and stationery. It was there that I first came across superhero comics.

Unlike the popular Chinese comics such as Zhiyin comics and Sa Manga at that time, the superhero comics I saw had a more realistic drawing style and more realistic stories.

In the many years that followed, I completed the comics sporadically and then started watching derivative movies and TV shows.

I think many people should feel the same way as I do. After watching some plots, they feel somewhat dissatisfied and continue to fantasize about plot development in their minds.

So, this American comics crossover book was born.

When I first started posting the book, I didn't study internal investment contract at all, I just posted it directly. Purely because I loved these superheroes and wanted to continue their stories, so I started writing very casually at first.

I received a message of contract on January 23rd, just 5 days after publication, and signed the contract on the same day.

At that time, I started to think about the commercial value of this book, and began to weave the overall outline and some spectacular scenes. This is also why some people say that the front and rear drawing styles are somewhat inconsistent, and the settings conflict. Because it was just random writing when the book was first sent out, there was an outline around thirty thousand words later.

Afterwards, I never thought this book could achieve much because those who have read this literature should have found that this book is quite different from most arrogant face-slapping stories.

The theme of this book is about the "prequel of superheroes", focusing mainly on character shaping. The writing structure mainly imitates American dramas, and the writing method is based mainly on lens sense and scene division. Compared with the online literature, everything from structure to means is more like a single episode drama.

Therefore, I was prepared to write this alone for another year.

However, surprisingly, there are quite a few people who also like this structure and method, when this book reached around 110,000 words, the intelligent recommendation of Qidian kicked in, and the collection increased by more than 3,000 in one day. Since then, the newly added collection has not fallen below 1,000.

I remember that before, I posted author's words, saying that the performance of this book may not be very good, and the recommendation may not be able to advance, but since then, thanks to the support of all readers, all my recommendations have ranked first all the time.

And on February 13th, just 15 days after the book was published, it hit the first place on Qidian's light novel section's new book list.

Then, on February 14th, it reached the first place on Qidian's entire new book list.

And this first place in the total list hung on till February 23rd, which is to say, this book hung for a full 9 days on Qidian's total new book list, during which there were several LV5s below, and even gods.

For a newcomer who just opened an account less than two months ago, this achievement is truly glorious.

As of today, this book has received 50,000 collections, got on the strongest recommendation webpage class push, homepage new book mid-seal push, and the little loudspeaker, and, yesterday, it got on Qidian's three rivers channel.

So far, this book has eaten all the good recommendations a new book can get. Here, the author must express special thanks to a few people.
