Rodrigo had dismounted his horse, now standing in front of his men. Proud to have deflected most of the arrows and protected his men, Rodrigo raised his sword.

Then, pointing forward, he asked the ambushers, "State the lord you serve."

The ambushers, all in black garments with similar black clothing that covered half of their faces, especially the lower half with only their eyes visible, said nothing. They kept their mouths shut.

Moreover, they even prepared another wave of arrows which they were going to fire any time soon. However, even their hands trembled after seeing something so spectacular as deflecting arrows, which was done by just one person!
