A Heart Full of Doubt

When Damian went home to his family, Kylie went to Amanda's house to stay for a few days until the next mission. She knew that William was currently active in the mission again so it was possible that her sister was currently home alone with the children.

Amanda welcomed Kylie into her home and they chatted in the living room. "You don't usually come to my house anymore since becoming Damian's lover."

"I don't know, he said he had some very important business he wanted to do. I don't know what it was but he seemed to be in a hurry so I didn't have time to ask him," Kylie replied.

"I see. Maybe he'll call you later to tell you what business he was in such a hurry for."

Kylie nodded hoping Damian would indeed call her later. She was actually worried when she saw the panicked look on her boyfriend's face about something he had seen on his phone earlier.
