The Figure Lucas Needs

Unable to hit, Lucas gave up. He said he wanted to see George hit it. He obliged and took Lucas out of his arms and prepared to hit the heavy bag.

Amanda saw that George was in a good position to hit, so she was sure it would be very hard.

WHACK!

George hit the machine so hard that it took Lucas by surprise. The points on the machine continued to grow rapidly until it slowly stopped at point 750.

"How was it?" asked George.

"Ohhh that's a really hard hit, that's great!" praised Amanda as she clapped her hands together.

"Uncle George is great!" exclaimed Lucas happily. "Lucas wants to be able to hit that hard too!"

"You can, but you have to practice a lot and grow up first. I'll teach you how later, okay?" asked George.

He offered Amanda a try, but she declined.

'If I try it, he might find out that I can do something like that...' she thought.
