Spectral Realm (14)

After waking up from her fantasies, Lily decided it was about time to adhere to the urgency of the situation. She still needed to have a chat with the big boss, so she started, where she had left off, and climbed the seemingly endless stairs.

It took quite a long time, but she finally managed to reach the very top floor, with no other obstruction, well.. mostly, the reason being, she hadn't deactivated her death gaze, and death aura, as she continuously used those innate abilities for the sake of protection.

She had learned her lesson, one too many times, to be a fool. She began even using her enhanced ears, and nose properly, not giving another creature a chance to ambush her, again.

Black mist wafted around her, as she walked inside the halls of the highest floor, heading towards an eerily looking double metal door, but stopped, a distance away. The aura inside that room, was powerful enough to make Lily, an undead, have trouble breathing.
