By the time these videos were restored to high-definition images, the video producers began a technical analysis of them. They discovered that the videos broadcast by the BBC bore clear signs of editing, which had gone unnoticed previously due to the videos' blurriness. However, once the videos were in high definition, the editing traces were blatantly obvious. In other words, the videos the BBC broadcast were manufactured through human processing and not original footage. To prevent viewers from detecting the manipulation within, they had deliberately blurred the videos. As a result, the content within these videos could not necessarily be considered truthful.
