28 The Perfect Interview Draft

"Kayla, this interview draft..." Lilian took off her glasses and looked up, her expression serious. I gazed into Lilian's eyes, suddenly feeling nervous.

"...It's just incredible! Perfect! Gosh, I can guarantee that with this exclusive interview, Dawn Fashion Magazine will surely thrive in Gorden City!"

Lilian excitedly put down the interview draft she was holding and walked around her desk, coming up behind me.

She placed her hands on my shoulders, a tone of admiration in her voice as she spoke, "Kayla, you haven't disappointed me. You've made a significant contribution to our company. Tell me, what do you want? A bonus? Vacation time? Or a higher position?"

Lilian's unexpected enthusiasm made me a bit self-conscious.

After contemplating for a moment, I cautiously replied, "Thank you for your praise, but this is what I should be doing."
