Meeting A Mikaelson

After my fiasco, which caused 300 supernatural species to disappear. The supernatural community was in uproar. Witches, Werewolves and Vampires who were at war at the time stopped their wars and started putting aside their differences to hunt me down. They even gave me a cute nickname, 'Ghost' since I disappeared without a trace. However, as time passes by, people start to forget about me except for a select few people who have a huge grudge against me. Since I needed a lot of life force to create my Horcrux, I naturally turned to the oldest vampire group in existence. The Strix. And as for the Witches and Werewolves I just picked the most evil covens and packs and kidnapped them.

What? I have a guilty conscience too. I think. It's hard to tell when you've killed a lot of people.

Regardless, since that time, the Strix have not abandoned their search for me. They continue to hunt me down through their own witches, known as 'The Sisters,' which honestly does not scare me. I still continue my hunt for the supernaturals so that they can tell me where the Original family resides.

[Timeskip:148 years later, 15th Century, 1401]

[In a random Tavern]

"Where are they? The Original family? Don't make me repeat myself again." I growled in anger while thrusting my wand at the kneeling vampire's throat.

"I will never tell you." She spat, looking at me defiantly.

"Ha. Looks like I have become rusty." Chuckling dryly, I aim my wand at her and mutter softly,

"Crucio."

Brilliant red lightning bolt shot out of my wand, hitting her in the chest making her squirm in pain. After a few seconds of agonising pain, I stopped supplying my Mana to the spell and let her catch her breath.

"Change your mind?" I grinned wickedly at her pained expression.

"I...w...wi..." She said in between breathing.

"What was that?" I asked, grabbing her hair, making her look up at me.

"Go to hell!" She spat out venomously, eyes glaring at me in anger.

"Well, I gave you a choice." I shrugged my shoulders and pointed my wand at the vampire, preparing to finish her off.

"Incendia." A burst of flames erupted from my wand and consumed the vampire as screams of pain and terror rang out in the Tavern.

Haiz. Another dead end.

Sighing, I kicked one of the chairs in annoyance.

Maybe I should have spent more time learning the other branches of magic my future self gave me. Maybe the answer lies within them. A loud clap echoed through the Tavern, interrupting my thoughts. Turning towards the clap, a woman dressed in dark robes appeared a few feet away from me as if appearing out of thin air. The woman had brown hair, black eyes and a smile that just screamed 'Wickedness'. However, she looked very familiar but I just couldn't put my finger on it.

Without wasting time on pleasantries, I swung my wand at her and cried out,

"Petrificus Totalus."

A light blue wisp shoots out of my wand and heads in the woman's direction. Expecting that she will be hit by the spell, and have her arms and legs stuck together, I smile triumphantly, awaiting the expected result. But with a flick of the wrist from her, my smile was wiped off my face. Like swatting flies, my spell was battered away.

Surprised by her action, I shot a spell at her once more, this time a more destructive spell.

"Bombarda."

Again, she easily deflected my spell away.

Boom!

The spell struck the walls of the tavern and blew them to pieces, sending splinters everywhere.

"Not bad. But you can stop now. Surely you see now that your spells are useless against me." Lips twisted upwards, her eyes glistening in excitement and hunger.

Gritting my teeth in annoyance and anger that I had just been insulted by some unknown witch, my arms dropped as I asked,

"Who are you? What do you want?"

"What I want is you. I want you to teach me those spells." She said in a tone that says that if I don't give her what she wants she will kill me.

"Sorry, but this magic is only for me, lady." I shook my head in response to her demand.

"Is that correct?" Her eyes lit up with deep amusement.

Having had enough of her, I visualized my destination, and covered my body with magic. Triggering my apparition magic, I let my magic do its work to transport me out of here. However before I felt the familiar squeezing feeling of being forced into a narrow pipe-like tunnel I was pushed out of the tunnel.

What just happened?

My expression dyed with a not so subtle look of absolute shock as my eyes opened widely.

"Oh, I forgot to tell you. I have already cast a boundary spell around this whole tavern so you can forget about escaping." The woman said, smirking at my attempt to escape.

Shit. Looks like I need to fight my way out of here.

For the first time in a century, I got serious and gripped my wand tightly, preparing to cast all the destructive spells I know of.

"Bombarda Maxi–" Before I could finish my spell, I heard her muttered,

"Ad Sonum"

Oh, shit.

I cursed as a wave of drowsiness hit me as I slumped onto the ground, asleep.

[In a cottage]

"Freya, dear. Can you fetch me some mandrake, please?"

What's going on? Who's talking?

Awakening my somber mind was the sound of a voice that sounded so familiar. Though I tried to focus my mind on what they were saying, my mind was too hazy to be able to comprehend anything.

Ow. My head hurts.

Forcing my eyes open, I found myself chained up to a wall like a beast in the corner of what appeared to be a cottage.

Crap! The lady must have captured me! I have to break out of this chain before she realises I am awake.

Reaching into my pouch for my wand only to find it missing, I shook my head and decided to just do it the hard way.

Closing my eyes, concentrating on the Mana travelling around my body, I willed it to my wrists, neck and ankles. It was my hope that by letting out a Mana aura it would be enough to break the chains that bound me.

Nevertheless, just as my mana was about to burst forth and set me free, it ceased to do so.

What the hell?

A puzzled look plastered on my face as I tried again and again but to no avail. Each time my Mana was about to be released from my body, it would be pushed back into my body.

Fists clenched uncontrollably, I shouted angrily at the woman a few feet away, cooking something in a pot.

"What the hell did you do to me?"

"Oh? You're awake? For a minute, I thought you might have died." She mused, as if human life did not matter to her.

"What the hell did you do to me? Why can't I do magic?" I gritted my teeth and repeated my question.

"Let me make one thing clear. You're never going to escape me. Those chains that you have on. They suppress your magic. So you can say goodbye to your freedom." Walking up to me, she leaned closer to my ear and whispered.

Understanding my current predicament, I felt a myriad of emotions. Anger, rage, despair, fear, anxiety, and many other similar emotions.

"Damn it!"

Cursing out loud, I smacked my fist on the wooden floor as the mysterious woman burst out laughing at my reaction as if she had just found entertainment.

Interrupting her laughter, the door to the cottage opened up, revealing a woman in her late twenties.

She looks so familiar...

I watched as the woman holding a plant walked toward the woman who kidnapped me and gave it to her.

Then it occurred to me.

Blonde hair. Blue eyes. The name. The fear I see in her eyes for the woman who kidnapped me.

She was Freya fucking Mikaelson. The firstborn of Mikael the Destroyer. And that would make the lady who kidnapped me, Dhalia, sister of Esther, the original witch. One of the most powerful Witches in existence.

It is now clear to me that I was not kidnapped by some third-rate witch, but by one of the most powerful witches in the world and my hopes of me escaping all ended up in smoke.

Basically, I'm screwed.

A/N: Btw I'm not trying to make Cash weak or anything. The reason he lost was because he became too arrogant and too reliant on only 'Battle Magic' disregarding the other branches of Magic.
