The reason for accompanying so many Cabinet Ministers was to enable them to quickly devise solutions upon identifying issues, rather than leaving it to the government and Parliament to procrastinate.
Besides these chief ministers, deputy ministers from other departments were also included to ensure precise control over information in each department and to formulate solutions based on the information they had.
After all, the work of the government also needs to be testified to and executed, and naturally, it was not possible to bring all the ministers along on this trip.
