First dungeon experience : FAILURE!!

"U-Um… then, I guess w-we'll be sleeping t-together…" The ebony blue haired beauty looked at me shyly, her hands tightly clutching on the blanket that barely covered her partially nude body.

…Sigh… how did I even get into such a mess…

I arrived at my first town in this world. 

Since it was late, I planned to stay at an inn, but a kind stranger let me sleep at his house for tonight. He even made a meal that tasted quite great. 

But, soon I found out that he didn't have an available room. He did have some empty rooms, but they were too dusty. Definitely not ready for someone immediately going to sleep.

Thankfully, a person also living in this house offered to let me sleep in her room. 

Yes, "her". God, girls are such annoying creatures!

Anyways, I did take her offer after Margaret-san warned us to not do anything indecent.

Now finally, I am in her room. And there's only just one bed.

"I am going to sleep with a boy… I am so shy…" I can even see her eyes spinning. It seems like her inner thoughts are leaking out.

If you were so embarrassed, why did you even invite me? 

"Hey, I'm Alpheus. What's your name?" Did I get my name wrong? I don't remember what fake name I gave Margaret-san.

"Alpheus? You introduced yourself as Anon-san before." She replied, tilting her head to the side.

Hmm, she looks cute. And it seems like I did get it wrong.

"Yes, you can call me that too." I nodded and sat on the edge of the bed.

"A-Ah! O-Okay, I will call you Anon-kun then." 

Wow, she's visibly shaking as I sat on the bed.

"Yours?" I asked again.

"W-What?"

"Your name."

"A-Ah, you can call me norn."

"I see. Norn-chan huh?" Should I remember this name? It doesn't seem important though.

Without wasting any more time, I lied on the bed and started to fall asleep.

I don't even care about this girl beside me, as long as she doesn't try to stab me in my sleep. If she does, she's dead.

"Hiek!" 

Ah, looks like she sensed my killing intent.

Next morning, by the time I woke up, Norn-Chan had already left for her work.

Apparently, she worked as a guard at the front door of this town. 

"Margaret-san, I will be going to the labyrinth then." I bid farewell to her and thanked her. I was going to repay her with money, but she refused it.

"Now then, should I go to the labyrinth?" 

In this town, there are three labyrinths. A beginner labyrinth, then an intermediate one, and finally an advanced one. I should maybe start with the beginner one?

I strolled through the streets, towards the beginner labyrinth.

It should be easy to conquer right?

I was warned by the guard as I entered the labyrinth. Since I didn't have any weapons on me, he seemed worried. 

First floor of this labyrinth consisted of kobolds. They kinda look like a goblin dog?

Anyways, it was very easy to kill these creatures.

"Should I try eating them? Are they tasty?" A weird thought surfaced in my mind.

Once a labyrinth monster is defeated, they will disappear and leave behind drop items. But that's boring. It just made me curious so I ran a few tests.

"Sorry for this kobolds." I picked up a kobold and cut off his limbs.

Since the limbs didn't degenerate, that means I can properly cook him and eat it as long as it isn't completely dead.

And I did exactly that. 

"Let's eat then." 

I devoured the cooked kobold limb in my hand. It must have been a horror for this kobold to watch me cook his limbs and eat them before his eyes, but it's not like I care.

Eh… it tastes bad. Though I expected that…

Thankfully my [blessing - survivalist] makes me immune to all kinds of poison.

"Kugh!! Cough!!" Shit, did I jinx myself?

I threw up blood. I can feel a chaotic feeling inside my body. Something is trying to rip me apart from inside. It's trying to make a hole through my body.. My invincible body is barely able to stop it.

Wait, is it… I see… the kobold is dead. Then is it's flesh in my body degenerating as well? Is it trying to degenerate me as well since I ate it?

[Detected extremely dangerous conditions. Host is in a near-death state. Activating the final form of the invincible body.]

Near-death already? Well I'll just restart then.

[Error. Unable to survive! Invincible body will sacrifice blessings to get rid of the miasma in the body.]

"Ah no, don't sacrifice the blessings!"

[Sacrifice completed. Miasma was not purified. Attempting to self-destruct with miasma.]

! Invincible body was devoured by miasma.]
