"Giselle, there is a delivery man at the door. What did you order?" Aria yelled from the door. Giselle frowned a little and then it clicked. She yelled from upstairs,
"I didn't order anything. It's Mark. He promised to send me a dress for the party."
Aria signed for the parcel on behalf of her daughter and took it to her. Reaching Giselle's room, she opened the parcel, her brows raised,
"It's a beautiful dress. So, tell me. Why did he buy you a dress?" She asked suspiciously. Giselle never hides anything from her mother so she was honest.
"He said he likes me."
"And?" Aria was having a bad feeling about this, knowing all about her daughter's hidden feelings for Mark.
"Mom, I told him that I have eyes on somebody else."
Aria was not pleased. She loved that Mark knew what he wanted. He was a good man and she would have preferred him for Giselle to start something with him.
"Giselle, you should move on. Mark is a nice guy."
