Chapter 312 - You can’t blame her

Sabrina hastily wiped away her tears, scanning her surroundings only to realize that everyone had vanished.

She couldn't shake off the fact that Matilda intended to terminate her niece or nephew.

"I'm okay," she managed to say, attempting to conceal her teary eyes from Robin. 

He couldn't help but wonder why her closest friend had fallen out.

"No, you're not. Please, tell me what's wrong," he gently urged, guiding her out of the building towards the car.

Sabrina couldn't shake off Matilda's warning. 

Since Robin and Devin had reconciled, what guarantee did she have that Robin wouldn't spill the beans to Devin? 

The burden was becoming too heavy for her to bear alone, but who could she trust with this secret?

"I'm really fine," she forced a smile, bowing her head. 

Regardless of the circumstances, she didn't want to betray her best friend, who had confided in her.
