Chapter 29 – Strong women cry too.

'Matilda, this is Sabrina. You should trust the new maid. I sent her over.' Sabrina texted her best friend. A few days had passed and Devin was able to get a suitable undercover agent with Martin's help. When Sabrina received the news which was via text message, she was excited and quickly texted her best friend.

'Okay, thanks for telling me,' Matilda responded within a few seconds.

'She is a former agent so she would arrange for your escape when the coast is clear,' Sabrina explained further via the same text message.

'Thank you, Sabrina, you have no idea what this means to me. If this is successful, can you help to clear my name? It's the only way my dad would not be ashamed of me.'

'Don't worry, everything will soon be fine,' Sabrina texted back. She was certain that Devin would help to clear Matilda's name but since no improvement was made in that line, she did not want to make promises yet.
