I want a Baby

Summer was sitting on the couch, scrolling through her phone when Xavier walked into the room. As soon as she saw him, she perked up and put her phone down.

"Hey Xavier," she said, giving him a big smile.

"What is it Summer?" he replied, a bit warily.

"I was thinking, maybe we could have a baby," Summer said, batting her eyelashes.

Xavier rolled his eyes. "Are you crazy, Summer? What's this new madness about a baby, you have been on this baby issue since the night after that party, I'm not interested in having a baby with you", he replied in anger.

Summer pouted. "But why not? I think we'd make such cute babies."

Xavier sighed. "Summer, I've told you before. I'm not attracted to you in that way. I would rather not sleep with you, let alone have a baby with you."

Summer's expression turned to one of annoyance. "Well, why not? What's wrong with me?"

Xavier shook his head. "It's not about there being something wrong with you. It's just that I don't have romantic feelings for you. I hope you can understand that."

Summer crossed her arms. "I just don't see why you're so against the idea. I think you'd make a great dad."

Xavier raised an eyebrow. "I'm not against the idea of being a dad, Summer. I'm just not interested in being a dad with you."

Summer let out a frustrated sigh. "Fine, whatever. I guess I'll just have to find someone else to have a baby with."

Xavier nodded. "That's probably for the best, but that would be after our divorce, and I think it's time we drop this conversation and move on."

Summer nodded, but as Xavier walked away, she couldn't help but feel disappointed. She had always dreamed of starting a family with him, but it seemed like that dream was never going to come true if she didn't do something about it. "Xavier don't blame me for getting you to do this the hard way", she said and then smiled to herself. It's been months after their marriage yet Xavier doesn't want to consummate their marriage.

Summer, Cherish, and Xavier were enjoying their dinner, when suddenly Summer asked, "Cherish would you want a niece or a nephew?". When Xavier heard Summer's question to Cherish, he choked on his food." I want a niece", Cherish said excitedly. "Okay, since you want a niece, Xavier and I will give you a niece", Summer said. "Are you pregnant?" Cherish asked. Summer was about to reply Cherish when Xavier stood up angrily, "Summer come to my room now!!!" He yelled. Summer stood up and followed him to his room.

What was that all about? If you think you can get Cherish to persuade me to have a baby with you, then you need to wake up from your dream", he said in anger. "Xavier, before we signed the contract you promised to perform your duties as my husband", "And I remember saying that if I had to perform my duties as your husband, it would be on my will, not you trying to force yourself on me," Xavier said interrupting Summer." Summer and not having this discussion with you again, and don't try to include Cherish into your stupid games. Now leave my room." he yelled. Summer went to her room grinning" Don't think it's over yet" she said.
