A Sacrifice

"There is only one way to get rid of me.. You!" the demon's eyes flickered when the smoke started to release the body. Garrison had attacked him with the holy blood! How? 

He did not know yet?

"How?" Garrison met the eyes of Nathan with a smirk on his face.

"I have asked for her blood for a test. Do you think I am a fool to not realize it." a loud shriek followed his words and Nathan's body fell on the ground.

His eyes went back to normal and he had trouble breathing.

"Garrison!" Nathan looked around. He looked shocked and then disappointed when he found himself in the woods. "For a minute, I thought that he would not sacrifice me." a dry laugh escaped his lips but he winced when the pain hit him hard.
