Adrienne groaned as she forced herself out of bed. Her body was stiff and sore, a side effect from their previous nightly activities. She stretched her arms, then turned to face Lennox. He lay there,his breathing deep and even, making it clear that he was still fast asleep. She envied his peaceful slumber, wishing she could join him for a few more hours; however, she was always a morning person because of her persistent nightmares. Slowly, she tiptoed out of the room, careful not to disturb him. 

As she made her way to the bathroom, Adrienne couldn't help but reflect on the exhausting activities they had shared the night before. The memories of their passionate first time flooded her mind, causing a faint blush to creep onto her cheeks. Despite the fatigue, a satisfied smile tugged at the corners of her lips. 

When she slid back on the bed, she was startled when Lennox's arm wrapped around her waist, pulling her closer to him.
