Liliana was exasperated. She really shouldn't let Asher drag her here.
From the first moment they stepped into the tunnel where marine life was diversely broadcasted, Asher didn't say anything at all. He only walked silently not far from her.
Liliana tried getting him to speak but, it was futile. They almost reached the end of the tunnel now yet, the so-called important discussion never arrived.
Liliana stopped walking. Her gaze landed on Asher's indifferent expression.
"You won't talk? What's the matter to discuss?" asked Liliana.
Their eyes locked onto one another. Liliana kept her composure, trying not to show any moment of weakness to the man who used to be her husband.
The bluish-green tint light bounced off the water, its reflections danced across the walls and onto their faces. What should be a soothing environment that mimicked underwater, turned into a sea of tension between them.
