Although August stabbed Dark Eye's chest with his sword, he did not injure his vital spots. However, the attack made the demon cultist lose consciousness. August cast basic float sorcery on the bodies of Galahad and Witch as well as Dark Eye as he prepared to rendezvous with his comrades.

Before that he approached a beautiful girl's kneeling figure.

"Can you move, Apprentice Leader Diana?"

"I don't need your help, August! Don't you look down on me!"

Diana tried getting on her feet but her injuries as well as her depleted magic reserves made her fall back to the ground.

"I wish I could leave you here to fend for yourself, trust me," August replied emotionlessly. "However, leaving you here to be attacked by any demon cultist will only make things difficult for us Sorcerers. Among us Apprentice Sorcerers, those in the elite level are a precious resource, hence you are important."
