Ordinary civilians didn't know that the mastermind of the chaos had passed by like it was nothing. Some of the higher-ranking royal guards in the crowd that were aware all gripped their guns, but they couldn't do without order and stood in their positions.

As if mocking them, the convoy deliberately slowed down right at the gate, provoking them to do something they knew they couldn't. Like Spade said, they were all tied down by their own people. 

Levin woke up from the daze and chased his father's car with his eyes. And as he watched the car that was soon about to disappear from his vision, unknowingly, the last barrier of hesitation in his heart shattered. 

His father was... a demon. 

What they talked about was all heard by Spade through the communication device. He also had the same expression as Levin when the Marquis told him that Princess Coreen was not with him.
