The-Godfather-Most-Extraordinaire (I)

~~Luton, London~~

"Welcome to my humble abode!" Sirius exclaimed as he opened his arms wide in a dramatic fashion.

"Why the hell do you have the fireplace outside your house?" Harry blurted out with an incredulous look on his face. "And for the records, that's not a humble abode, that's a freaking mansion" Harry added while giving Sirius a bland look.

"Well, it's a humble abode for me" Sirius answered with a shrug.

"This is way bigger than our house" Brittany said as she looked around at the property. "All of this is yours?" Brittany asked as she gestured at the massive front yard.

Currently, the group was standing near the fountain as the fireplace was attached to the fountain, facing the house. Now, who the fuck connects the fireplace to a fountain? Apparently, Sirius Black does…

"Of course!" Sirius exclaimed brightly. "Everything within that wall is owned by yours truly" He admitted smugly before turning toward Harry. "This is the public Floo and that is why this is outside the house. This is for the people who aren't added to the Wards" Sirius explained with a shrug.

"Wait! Does that mean you have another Floo inside the house?" Jacklyn asked in an incredulous tone. Sirius beamed at her with a bright smile on his face as he nodded his head.

"Of course, I do. Right now, that one is only used by me and the Tonks' Family" Sirius answered with a grin. "Come on. I will add the three of you to the Wards and then the three of you could also use that Floo" Sirius said as he started to lead the trio toward the house.

|It seems he still loves wasting money| Lily pointed out thoughtfully.

|It's a good plan even though he is basically wasting his precious gold| Harry grumbled unhappily inside his mind. He is a cheapskate, but he is a proud cheapskate.

|Now that he holds the mantle of Lord Black, he has gold to spend frivolously| Lily pointed out in an amused tone.

"By the way, you guys didn't bring any luggage?" Sirius asked when all of a sudden he remembered that Harry and his friends weren't carrying any luggage.

"Don't worry about any luggage. We brought shrinkable trunks with us" Harry said as he patted his robe.

"I see… That's much better than having to drag your trunks everywhere around with you" Sirius muttered thoughtfully just before the four of them finally arrived in front of the massive mansion. "So, is there anything you guys want for lunch?" Sirius asked as he placed his hands on the handle of the double doors.

"No, we already had lunch, but we played along as it was a good excuse for getting rid of the Minister and his ugly whore" Jacklyn growled as she spat out the 'ugly whore' venomously, making Sirius roar in laughter. Jacklyn was already good in his books with just this statement.

"That was brilliant!!" Sirius exclaimed while laughing as he wiped a fake tear from the corner of his eye. He finally started to calm down and pushed the door open. "So, guys, what do you think?" He asked smugly as he turned his head to watch their reactions. 'Hah! It never gets old…!' Sirius exclaimed excitedly inside his mind when he saw the shocked look on all three of their faces.

"Sirius, I was wondering if you have a library?" Harry asked as the group finally entered the house, only to be greeted by a massive ballroom with an expensive chandelier hanging over it. To be honest, he simply wanted to do something better than staring at unnecessary expenses.

"Um… I don't have a library yet, but if you tell me what you want to read then I will get them for you" Sirius suggested with a hint of nervousness. Now that Harry mentioned it, Sirius remembered that Harry had told him that he loved reading, but it kind of left his mind.

|For his sake, I hope he hasn't burnt down the Black library| Lily growled angrily inside Harry's mind.

"What about the Black library?" Harry asked as he stared straight into Sirius' eyes.

Sirius didn't know why, but he felt like he was being stared at by a predator. "Why do you want to read something from the Black library? That place is filled with Dark books" Sirius asked in a bewildered tone.

"Well, I wanted to see if I could find anything useful in those books or not" Harry answered, looking completely unconcerned. "From what I remember, there had been quite a few Blacks who were feared in the dueling circuits, so I wanted to see if they had left any knowledge behind" Harry explained calmly.

He could have forced Sirius to show him the Black library, it would have been too easy for him, considering his power, but he decided to play it nice for the time being as the man might run off to Dumbledore… Harry wasn't ready to fight a three-way War. This also made him realize that he needed to learn Legilimency as quickly as he could… It would be an extremely useful addition to his already impressive arsenal.

"Ohh! You should have said that from the beginning!" Sirius sighed in relief and started to grin. "Wait, I will ask Doxy to get the books for you" Sirius said and as soon as he finished speaking, a house elf appeared in front of him with a pop, making Sirius jump back in fright.

"Gah!! How many times have I told you not to do that?!" Sirius exclaimed while pointing his finger at the house elf, but it was clear that Sirius wasn't actually angry. The house elf didn't seem to be bothered by Sirius' words.

"What can Doxy bes doing for Master Padfoot?" The house elf asked, completely ignoring Sirius' rant.

Sirius sighed in defeat. He could swear that the house elf was getting back at him for messing up the house from time to time. "You see, my Godson wants some dueling books from the Black library, can you get them for him?" Sirius asked, looking somewhat tired.

"Of course, Doxy bes doing that!" Doxy said just before she snapped her fingers and disappeared.

"You have an interesting house elf, Sirius" Harry pointed out in an amused tone as he knew very well how tiring an excitable house elf can be…

"You can say that" Sirius muttered in defeat. "So, why don't we sit down and have a chat?" Sirius suggested and all three of them agreed as they didn't have anything better to do. So, Sirius started to lead them toward the massive drawing room. On the way to the drawing room, Sirius turned toward Jacklyn and Brittany and started to speak. "Harry says that the two of you are his only friends, so the two of you know a lot about him don't you?" Sirius asked with a mischievous glint in his eyes.

"Yeah, we do" Jacklyn admitted with a nod of her head, but that didn't mean that she was going to tell him everything about Harry. She wasn't going to betray Harry like that… Meanwhile, Brittany wasn't as smooth as Jacklyn, so she froze at first, but she still nodded her head in agreement when she noticed that Jacklyn didn't seem to be worried in the slightest.

"Alright! So, can you guys tell me if Harry has a crush on someone?" Sirius asked as he twerked his eyebrows with a goofy grin on his face, making Harry groan. Whatever he was expecting, he wasn't expecting him to ask this question… That was why he didn't react when Sirius asked Jacklyn and Brittany if they knew a lot about him. He trusted both Jacklyn and Brittany, so he knew that they wouldn't give away his secrets in the first place…

Hearing Sirius' question, Jacklyn and Brittany looked at each other before both of them burst out laughing. While Harry threw them a dirty look, Sirius simply blinked in confusion… He started to wonder if he accidently cracked a joke. From Harry himself, he already knew that his Godson wasn't into the dating game, but he wasn't expecting it to be this bad…

"Pfft! I don't believe he even has the time to ogle anyone, much less have a crush on someone" Brittany wheezed out in between her laughs. Brittany rarely broke out of her usual stiff personality, but it usually happened whenever she found something extremely funny.

"What she said!!" Jacklyn breathed out with some difficulties while holding her sides as her stomach started to ache for laughing too hard.

"Thank you for you being such awesome friends, guys" Harry bit out in a bland tone. The sarcasm in his voice was so thick that it could probably cut through steel.

"Is he really that bad?" Sirius asked in a horrified tone, only for Jacklyn and Brittany to nod their heads in agreement. The two of them completely ignored Harry's sarcastic jab… Though unknown to all three of them, Harry not only had a crush on someone, but he was also in a relationship with the same woman.

'No… He can't be that bad… Maybe he is just shy. Yeah! That's it! Maybe, I should give him a helping hand like a dutiful Godfather should… A Veela should be perfect. After all, only the best for my Godson!' Sirius nodded his head sagely as he came up with the most convenient conclusion from his perspective inside his mind. "So, what does he do when he is free?" Sirius asked, trying to know more about his Godson from his friends.

"He reads and trains, duh!" Jacklyn answered with a shrug, looking like she was stating the most obvious fact in the world, making Sirius gasp in horror… Sirius immediately realized that his Godson needed to let loose and have some fun…
