Chapter 10 - Whatever it Takes.

Once Harry is done with his run, he makes his way towards the gym. Once he arrives at the gym, Manny, Andy, Chris and Johnson are waiting for him as he walks through the door. Manny gives his instructions. He tells Harry, "You're to begin by hitting the Heavy bag 1000, you choose the set rotation which you prefer. I want your arms to work hard with speed, power and accuracy then begin with some rope work then weight lifting and end off with a sparring session against Johnson before you leave and visit your sister in Hospital. Is that okay with you, lad?".
